As mentioned above, its amount must be determined independently, depending on the density of kefir, which, in turn, depends on its fat content. If you take kefir fat-free or low in fat, then more flour is required. Pour 400 grams, mix and, if necessary, pour a little bit until the dough reaches a thick sour cream. The resulting dough must be mixed very well. To do this, it is better to use a mixer or blender. Beat it until all the lumps disappear - this is one of the most important conditions, only this way you will get magnificent airy pancakes. A kefir recipe saves you a lot of time.
