In particular, few can imagine how tasty baked bananas are. You can cook them in a thousand different ways - and each of them is successful. For many children, such desserts become a favorite treat. At the same time, bananas in the oven, unlike fried ones, do not lose their beneficial qualities and do not acquire harmful ones.

You can bake your favorite fruits in a variety of ways. One of the simplest is using foil. Bananas are peeled, cut lengthwise, watered with fresh lemon juice and sprinkled with a mixture of sugar, almond powder and cinnamon. The resulting halves are neatly wrapped in foil, laid out on the oven sheet and put in the oven for ten minutes. Such baked bananas are most delicious when warm. So you need to eat them right away, barely getting out of the foil.

This dish is interesting in that an elastic, tasteful crust forms on the fruit. Bananas for him are again peeled and cut along. A small piece of butter - about a half of a matchbox - is melted, a spoonful of one and a half lemon natural juice is poured into it. A pound of cottage cheese is placed in the container (for low-fat children, buy low fat), a 100-gram slice of good butter and half a glass of semolina and sugar. All components are mixed; Naturally, this can be done faster in a blender or mixer, but kneading with a fork and a spoon will not take much time. Two peeled bananas are cut into small cubes and distributed according to the dough - this time with a spoon, so that the fruits do not turn into mashed potatoes. The form is laid out with parchment, smeared with oil (preferably creamy), the mass is distributed over it and placed in the oven for three quarters of an hour. The casserole is tasty in both warm and already cooled form.

And here is another wonderful banana casserole. You need more fruits - about five pieces - and you need to cut them larger. Banana slices are sprayed with lime juice (this way they will not darken, they will better maintain elasticity and acquire a spicy flavor). For the base, a bundle of cottage cheese, half a glass of yogurt, three tablespoons of thick honey and an egg are combined. Bananas are laid out on the smeared bottom of the mold and poured with dough. To bake a casserole, depending on its thickness, will be from 20 minutes to half an hour.

A very original recipe, the result of which will delight all family members. If you are not against β€œcommunicating” with the dough, such baked bananas can be cooked at least every day, especially if you buy puff pastry ready-made. Four bananas will take you half a kilo of the base. They need to be cleaned, but not cut, and greased with a mixture of thick honey (two full spoons) and the zest of one orange. Thawed dough is cut with long narrow ribbons, not wider than one centimeter. Each banana tightly wraps with these stripes, from the crown to the heel. There should be no gaps between the turns; at least two layers are made, and preferably three. The resulting bundles are greased with soft oil, freely, at sufficiently large intervals, laid out on a baking sheet and sent to the oven for 40-45 minutes. Ready-made baked bananas are sprinkled with powdered sugar and given to eat.
