Appetizing chicken rolls with filling

Exquisite and original dishes, such as rolls, can be prepared from poultry meat. They are conditionally divided into two main types: baked and boiled chicken rolls with filling. In this article we have collected the most delicious recipes for preparing such dishes.

Adyghe cheese- style chicken rolls

You will need one and a half kilograms of gutted chicken, seven hundred grams of Adyghe cheese, herbs, salt and seasonings to taste.

Separate the meat and skin from the bones, beat them and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put Adyghe cheese mixed with greens and seasonings on top of the pieces. Now roll the meat roll, wrap with gauze, tightly pull the twine and cook for forty minutes in salt water. After that, remove the cheesecloth, and put the rolls themselves under the press in order to give them the desired shape. It turns out dense juicy meat and aromatic cheese filling!

Oven Chicken Roll with Bacon and Cream Cheese

You need the following ingredients: chicken, bacon, pre-sliced, vegetable oil and cream cheese.

Fill the fillet and add pepper and salt to it. Put a slice of bacon on each piece of meat, and then coat with cream cheese. Now roll each piece into a roll and stab it with a toothpick. Put on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and bake for twenty-five minutes at a temperature of 200 ยฐ C.

The combination of bacon, cheese and chicken is always a winner!

For this recipe you will need three hundred grams of mayonnaise, seven hundred grams of chicken (thigh or fillet), five eggs, garlic, vegetable oil, herbs, pepper, salt to taste.

Beat eggs with mayonnaise until smooth, pour on a greased baking sheet and bake for about fifteen minutes at 220 ยฐ C. This will result in a baked omelet. Now cut the chicken into small pieces and add pepper, salt, garlic and herbs (finely chopped) to it. On the omelette, evenly lay the fillet, roll it into a roll and tightly wrap in gauze, tying its ends.

Then prepare a liter of chicken stock, in which you need to boil the roll for half an hour. When the dish has cooled, expand the cheesecloth and cut the egg-chicken roll into pieces up to three centimeters thick.

You will need these ingredients: one chicken, a glass of walnuts, two eggs, two hundred grams of dried apricots, a teaspoon of ground ginger, two tablespoons of butter, mayonnaise and herbs to taste.

Notch the chicken skin on the back and remove it. The remaining pulp must be separated from the bones and cut into slices. Now lay them on your skin and add pepper and salt.

Rinse the dried apricots, soak it in cold water for about an hour. After that, dry and pass through a meat grinder or grind on a food processor. Mix with nuts, ginger, eggs and herbs. Stir thoroughly until smooth. The filling is ready. Put it on chicken slices on the skin, roll it into a roll. Now you need to add a little pepper and salt, and then wrap in foil. Place the roll in the oven and bake for an hour at 190 ยฐ C. Remove the foil and leave the rolls in the oven for another ten minutes. Remove the dish, cool it and cut into slices.

Filled chicken rolls are best served with greens or mayonnaise.
