- 550 g of beef;
- salt;
- 2 onion heads;
- 2 glasses of water;
- three tablespoons (tablespoons) of tomato paste;
- three spoons (tea) of wheat flour;

- a small carrot;
- tomato paste;
- a few spoons of sour cream;
- Bay leaf;
- additional spices as desired and to taste.

How to cook goulash with rice
The first stage of cooking is roasting meat. We put the pan on the fire, add oil to it and heat it. Wash the beef, cut into small cubes. We send the meat to the pan, add ground pepper, spices and salt. On medium heat, fry the meat for about 10 minutes. When the moisture has completely evaporated, add a little more oil, increase the heat under the dishes. Fry until a delicious brownish crust appears on the pieces.
Also, vegetables are needed to make goulash with rice. Carrots must be peeled, chopped into small cubes with a knife. Onions are also peeled, washed and cut into half rings. Now in a separate bowl, fry the vegetables until half ready. We shift them into a pan where the meat is fried. Mix. Add the flour and fry again. The fire is medium.

- salt;
- a spoon of tomato paste;
- half a teaspoon of red ground pepper;
- one onion;
- two tomatoes;
- two cucumbers;
- Bay leaf;
- a spoon of dry adjika;
- vegetable oil;
- a spoon of flour;
- a teaspoon of sugar;
- a glass of rice.
How to cook
This rice goulash recipe is as easy to prepare as the first option. The first step is to fry the pork. Do not forget to rinse the meat well and get rid of veins and excess fat. Diced pork is fried with salt, pepper and dry adjika until a delicious crust appears. When the meat is almost ready, add to it coarsely chopped onions. Fry for another five minutes.
Now add all the other ingredients: flour, tomato paste, bay leaf, sugar, ground red pepper. Mix. Frying all together, add water or broth. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes. Pork is cooked much faster than beef.
