Let it boil, reduce the flame and continue cooking for about an hour or a little more. All this time, remove the foam from the surface and stir. In addition to the usual ingredients (0.5 kg of pears, the same amount of oranges, 1 kg of sugar), spices will be required - vanillin (a pinch) and cinnamon (a teaspoon).

Washed and unpeeled pears are cut into small cubes. Remove the peel from the orange and cut it in the same way. Processed fruits and sugar are placed in a pan and mixed. Leave until fruit slices give juice. Then add spices and mix. We put on the stove and cook over low heat until it boils. Now remove the foam, cook for another 15 minutes and remove from heat.   • two glasses of water;

  • kilogram of sugar;

  • half tsp salt.

Thoroughly wash the pears, cut each in half, take out the core, remove the tail and the inflorescence, cut into slices half a centimeter thick, put in a pan with salted water, leave for a few minutes, then drain the water.

Pour water into a container for cooking and put on a stove. After boiling, make the fire minimal and gradually add sugar (100-150 g each), stirring constantly. When all the sugar has been introduced, cook for another 5 minutes, after which we spread the pears in the resulting syrup. After boiling, keep on the fire for another 7 minutes, then remove from the stove, cover with a napkin or towel and leave to infuse for 8 hours.

After that, put the dishes with jam on the fire again, cook for 7 minutes, remove and leave again for 8 hours. Repeat the action three times. At the last approach, add unrefined orange sliced ​​in thin slices and cook for another 25 minutes. We check readiness by dropping syrup into a container of cold water. If the drop did not spread, but the whole sank to the bottom, you can turn off and remove pear jam with oranges from the stove.
