A wonderful Soviet film shown to the viewer in 1982. You can call it just a fairy tale, but at the same time it combines all the features characteristic of fantasy. Perfect for children and adolescents, as it does not contain scary and cruel scenes, but it shows a lot of instructive moments.
Mitya is the most ordinary boy who goes on vacation to the wilderness to his grandmother. And it soon turned out that the grandmother to whom Mitya was traveling was none other than Baba Yaga, who was friends with Kikimora. But much worse. It turns out that Koschey the Immortal escaped from prison, where he spent many years. Now he has overthrown the legitimate king Makar and is gathering an army from the Nightingale of the Robber, the Serpent of Gorynych and other villains. Can Mitya change the course of history and help the Light Forces?

Here they have to face their fears, fight and survive many dangerous adventures in order to take their rightful place - to become kings and queens for many years.
