Delicacy 'Nutella' (recipe for nut pasta and chocolate cake)

Various chocolate pastes are becoming very popular nowadays - they are quite nutritious, and most importantly, you can get a tasty snack in a matter of seconds, because you just need to get a jar and spread your favorite product on a slice of bread. The most common and known to almost everyone is Nutella paste. The recipe for cooking it at home is quite simple. You can find the necessary ingredients in each store.

Nutella Pasta - Hazelnut Recipe

Ingredients: a glass of hazelnuts, 0.25 glasses of cocoa, half a glass of powdered sugar, a little salt and vanillin, 65 ml of vegetable oil.

Cooking

Lightly fry the hazelnuts or dry them in the oven, peel the husks and grind them to a pasty consistency using a blender or meat grinder. Add cocoa, powdered sugar, a little salt and vanilla to the resulting nut mass. It is better, of course, to take palm oil, but if it does not appear, refined vegetable oil is quite suitable.

Everything is thoroughly mixed with a mixer or blender. The pasta is ready.

In order to get a creamy Nutella, the recipe needs to be enriched with butter (50 gr.) And a spoon of not very fat cream. Keep this paste in a tightly closed glass container.

Nutella Cake Recipe

Ingredients. For the test you need:

  • four eggs;
  • one hundred grams of margarine;
  • one and a half to two glasses of sugar;
  • three tablespoons of liquid honey;
  • two teaspoons of soda;
  • six tablespoons of cocoa powder;
  • five glasses of flour;
  • two tablespoons of vinegar.

For cream you need:

  • liter of milk;
  • three tablespoons of starch;
  • one and a half glasses of sugar;
  • half a glass of flour;
  • two eggs;
  • three hundred grams of oil;
  • vanillin.

Cooking

All the ingredients for the dough, except flour and soda with vinegar, mix and put in a water bath. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add the slaked soda with vinegar, the dough should increase in size and foam. Remove the container with the dough and add flour to it in small portions. When the dough becomes sufficiently elastic, put it on a table sprinkled with flour and continue kneading. After the dough becomes homogeneous and dense, divide it into six even parts. Each of the six parts is rolled into a layer of the desired diameter. Bake cakes at low temperature for 5 minutes.

Cooking cream. In an iron bowl, beat eggs with sugar, add flour and starch to the resulting mass, beat and pour milk. Whip again and put the cream on a small fire. Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbles appear in the mass and it begins to thicken.

Cool the hot cream a little, add oil and vanillin to it and beat with a mixer. After the cream has completely cooled, we spread it on cold cakes. The top cake is not lubricated.

When the message is smeared, cover it with cling film or place a plate with a cake in a plastic bag (this will prevent drying) and leave it to soak for 10-12 hours. Remove the cellophane and, if desired, decorate the cake with chocolate, cream (if left), coconut, etc. If the cake is cut immediately, without allowing it to soak, then it will crumble. Cut the cake into squares or rhombuses. Diamonds when serving look spectacular.

Such a Nutella cake can also be prepared with chocolate cream. So how to make chocolate cream? We take a jar of Nutella chocolate paste (homemade or bought in a store), put it in a saucepan and heat it a little to soften. Grind 100 grams of roasted hazelnuts in a blender and add to a soft paste. Whip 200 ml of cream (preferably fatty) into the foam and carefully add the chocolate-nut mass. We mix everything. Chocolate cream cake ready.
