Essential Ingredients:
- Garlic - 4 cloves.
- 0.4 kg of pasta (you can take fettuccine or spaghetti).
- Basil - a pair of bunches.
- A 100 gram slice of Parmesan cheese.
- White (dry) wine - 1 cup is enough.
- 2-3 tbsp. l olive oil and 3-4 tbsp. l creamy.
- Parsley (optional).
- Spices (pepper, salt).
Practical part
Having bought all the necessary components, the following manipulations should be done:
- Peel and chop the garlic. Cheese can be cut into cubes.
- Now we need a blender. We send garlic and cheese into it for subsequent chopping. There we put bunches of basil and parsley branches. Grind again. It turns out the very Pesto sauce.
- In a separate plate, grate the zest removed from the lemon. Squeeze juice from citrus in the same bowl.
- We put a pot of salted water on the stove. As soon as the boiling process begins, pour the paste. Cooking time is 10 minutes.
- In a pan, melt a piece of butter. Then spread the lemon zest, pour the juice and wine. Stew for 3-5 minutes.
- We transfer the finished pasta to the pan. We leave part of the water in which it was boiled. To the pasta and lemon zest, add the cooked Pesto sauce. Pour some water in which we cooked the pasta. Mix the ingredients. Solim. Sprinkle with pepper.

Grocery set:
- Cherry Tomatoes - 18 amount
- According to 1 tbsp. l butter and refined oil.
- 175 g Pesto sauce.
- Chicken fillet - 0.2 kg is enough.
- 500 gram packet of fettuccine paste.
- Spices (pepper, salt).

Cooking consists of several stages:
- We put a pot of water on the fire. Waiting for a boil. Throw in the paste. Cooking it to the state of "al dente". For a fettuccine, 12 minutes is enough. Leave a glass of liquid, drain the rest. The pasta should be in the pot for now.
- We wash the chicken, chopped into cubes. We remove the meat to the side.
- The washed tomatoes are cut in half.
- Dissolve a piece of butter in a pan. Then lay the chicken. Solim. Sprinkle with pepper. Fry until a golden hue appears, setting the fire to medium. Do not forget to turn the pieces from one side to the other. Remove the pan from the stove. We shift the chicken into the container, tightly closing the lid.
- From the pan where the meat was fried, we pour out almost all the oil. We leave only 1 tbsp. l Turn on the fire again. Put the halves of the tomato in the pan. Fry over medium heat, not forgetting to stir often.
- We return to the pan with pasta. Add the fried chicken and tomato slices to it. Mix. Pour into the pesto sauce. Mix again.
- Pour into the pan the water remaining after cooking the pasta. Stir until the fettuccini is no longer dry.
We serve the dish, decorating it with grated cheese and basil sprigs. Nearby you can put a plate with fresh tomatoes.

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. l walnuts (without shell).
- Jar of canned tuna.
- 70 g of Parmesan cheese.
- Basil - a pair of bunches.
- Pasta - 400 g.
- 120 ml of olive oil.
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves.
Cooking process
It includes several important steps:
- We wash the basil with tap water. Cheese is passed through a grater. Remove the husk from the garlic, and squeeze the flesh out using a press.
- Boil the paste in the right amount in salted water.
- Grated cheese, nuts, bunches of basil and chopped garlic are sent to a blender. Grind these ingredients by adding salt and oil to them. We have obtained a sauce that is pleasant to the eye in green.

We start to cook the dish:
- We put everything on the table from which the Pesto paste will be prepared. The recipe involves the use of shrimp. They should be boiled and frozen.
- Boil the paste to the state of "al dente". This process will take 8-10 minutes. Drain the water. While we remove the paste to the side.
- Put peeled shrimp in a preheated pan. Fry them using butter. Solim. Shrimp frying time -2-3 minutes (on both sides). We shift them to a plate. And in the pan we fill in the grated cheese and garlic. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Now return the shrimp to the pan. Fry them for a couple of minutes. Turn off the fire. While shrimp can be set aside.
- We send grated cheese, basil, peeled nuts, arugula to the blender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grind to a smoothie. Pour olive oil in the right amount. The resulting Pesto sauce is transferred to the pan. Turn on the fire to the average value. Pour in the cream. Cook it all for 5-6 minutes.
We distribute the pasta on the plates. Pour sauce, mix. Spread the shrimp on top. To decorate the dish, parsley branches are suitable.
