  • kilogram of pork;
  • 3-4 large onions;
  • lemon or 3 tablespoons of 9% vinegar;
  • seasonings for barbecue or just for meat;
  • salt;
  • a tablespoon of sugar.

Add sugar at will, but I want to say that it will not give the meat a sweet taste.

Cooking classic barbecue

There is nothing complicated in marinating kebab on an onion pillow. You can add a little garlic, black pepper and allspice - all this will not hurt, but only decorate the dish!

  1. Rinse the meat and cut into portions, but not large, they need to be well baked. Approximate dimensions: 2 cm wide, 10 x 10 cm sides.

  • half a liter of kefir;
  • a bunch of greens - basil, dill, green onions;
  • salt;
  • a mixture of peppers, or just black and allspice;
  • 3-4 large onions.

Nothing more is needed. Do not clog the kefir marinade with extra seasonings, including for barbecue. It is enough that is prescribed in the ingredients.

Cooking kebab on kefir

Pork skewers on an onion pillow, cooked in kefir marinade, will appeal to everyone, without exception. There is nothing superfluous, the taste is natural, meaty, without any extra notes!

  1. The meat must be washed and cut into portions. The sizes are the same as in the previous recipes.
