  • four apples;
  • 250 grams of flour;
  • 200 grams of margarine;
  • 2 tbsp. l thick sour cream and as much semolina;
  • 2 incomplete glasses of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder for dough;
  • vanilla to taste;
  • 2-3 art. l almond petals for sprinkling the finished product.

Step cooking

  1. Grate the softened margarine with flour, a pinch of salt and a baking powder into crumbs, add a glass of sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat two eggs and sour cream until smooth, and then combine it with buttery crumbs, kneading the dough. Do not worry: it will turn out to be liquidish. So it should be, because this version of the curd pie is, in fact, a flip-flop pie or, as they are also called, aspic. This means that the filling is placed at the bottom of the mold and poured with dough on top, and when the baking is ready, the form simply turns upside down: the aromatic and juicy filling is on the bottom, and apple slices are on top.
  3. After the dough is ready, you should prepare the filling. To do this, beat with a blender the remaining eggs with sugar and vanilla until light foam, add cottage cheese to them and mix thoroughly so that the mass becomes almost uniform.
  4. Then peel the apples from the core and cut into large slices, peel the bananas and cut into large circles (at least 2 cm thick).
  5. Lubricate the baking dish with oil and lay apple slices along the bottom diameter, on top of them are slices of bananas, and pour everything on top with the finished dough.
