  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive or sunflower, can be corn oil.
  • 1 tea mug (300 g) of warm water (36-38 degrees).
  • 3 tea mugs of flour.

Products for filling:

  • Sausage of any kind (you can assorted, but you can only one type) - 300 grams.
  • Unsalted cheese - 200 g.
  • Canned mushrooms (champignons) - 400 gram can.
  • Big tomato - 1 pc.
  • Parsley - a few twigs.
  • Ketchup or tomato paste, slightly diluted with water, - 2-3 tbsp. spoons.
  • Mayonnaise (in bag).
  • Seasoning for pizza or black pepper.
  • Olives - a few pieces (pitted).

Everything seems to be. That's the whole pizza. Sausage, cheese, - the recipe, as you see, includes many more other ingredients. You can exclude some of them by replacing them with the ones you like best.

Cook together

Pizza with sausage, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and olives is a very tasty dish, and also nutritious, but it takes a little longer to prepare it than creating pizza, the filling of which consists of only two main ingredients: cheese and sausage. Cooking dough

Pour yeast and sugar into a bowl of warm water and shake with a whisk. Leave on for a few minutes until the foam appears (like a beer). Sift the premium wheat flour into a bowl, add salt and stir with a wooden spoon (spatula), pour in the rast. butter, and continue to knead the dough intensively with your hands. Cover the bowl with a cotton towel, and then cover and put in a windproof warm place for 20-30 minutes.

  1. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and carefully place on a pre-greased round baking sheet.
  2. Lubricate the cake with a culinary brush with ketchup.
  3. Cut the sausage into circles or semicircles, and you can use straws.
  4. Cut the tomato into 4 parts, and then each into thin slices.
  5. Throw the mushrooms in a colander so that the juice flows out.
  6. Wash the parsley and chop finely.
  7. Cut olives into rings.
  8. Turn the cheese into straws using a grater.
  9. Evenly distribute all ingredients (except cheese) on the surface of the tortillas, pepper.
  10. Cut a very small hole on a mayonnaise bag with scissors. By pressing on the bag, make a uniform grid of mayonnaise over the entire surface of the pizza (by the way, children really like when instead of a grid with mayonnaise they draw funny spirals or flowers).
  11. Top the pizza with grated cheese.
  12. The baking sheet can be immediately placed in the oven.
  13. Bake at a temperature of 200-210 degrees.
