  4. Dip your hands in cool water and form small meatballs (about 4 centimeters in diameter). Put the meatballs in a pre-greased baking dish.
  5. In a separate container, mix the ingredients for the sauce (tomato paste, pepper, sour cream, flour, vegetable oil, 5 grams of dried herbs and salt). Mix food well and add 200 milliliters of water to the container. Mix the ingredients again.
  6. Pour the resulting tomato-sour cream sauce into a form with meatballs.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil.
  8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the meatballs in the oven for 35 minutes. Then remove the foil and put the meatballs in the oven again for 5 minutes to make them brown.

Cooking time - 50 minutes.

You will need:

  • minced chicken - 300 g;
  • tomato paste - 25 g;
  • sour cream - 80 g;
  • onions - one middle head;
  • boiled rice - 30 g;
  • water - 180 milliliters;
  • salt - 9 g;
  • vegetable oil - 20 milliliters;
  • Provencal herbs - 4 grams;
  • nutmeg - on the tip of a knife;
  • Suneli hops - 5 g;
  • fresh or dried dill - 15 grams.

Cooking.

  1. Boil the rice and rinse it with cold water.
  2. Chop the onion very finely.
  3. Mix boiled rice, onion, minced meat, salt, 3 grams of suneli hop and greens in one bowl.
  4. Wet hands, form meatballs with a diameter of 5 centimeters from the resulting mixture.
