You can make a peculiar version of a hamburger by preparing a crispy cutlet and seasoning it with an unusual flavor sauce. To do this, you need the following ingredients:

  • 350 grams of minced meat;
  • black ground salt and pepper;
  • 1 tablespoon butter;
  • 4 soft buns;
  • half a spoon of vegetable tea oil;
  • 4 slices of cheese;
  • thinly chopped onions.

  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup;
  • half a teaspoon of sweet pickled vegetables (finely chopped);
  • 0.5 tsp Sahara;

First, prepare the hamburger sauce by mixing all the ingredients for it and refrigerate for a while.
