You will need the following ingredients:
- trout (carcass) - 500g;

- lemon - half;

Pour boiling water over the lemon and then cut it into thin rings. Squeeze the juice from two rings of lemon directly into the vegetable oil. Rub the resulting trout mixture. Cut the remaining lemon rings in half. On one side of the fish, make small cuts at a distance of 2 cm from each other, insert slices of lemon into them.
Wash, dry and chop parsley, then placing fish in the abdomen. Fasten the foil so that the trout is closed on all sides. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of approximately 190 degrees.
