Nowadays, even a child knows what an omelet is. This dish is one of the few that has glorified French cuisine throughout the world. After all, no one knows how to cook it as local cooks do it. A classic omelet only needs eggs, salt, spices and a little butter. But if desired, other ingredients can be added to this set in the cooking process. - 2 eggs;
- some olive oil (you can also sunflower);
- 20 grams of butter;
- hard cheese ("Dutch" or better "Parmesan").
A real omelet with cheese is prepared in just 5 minutes. To do this, you must:
- Beat the eggs and mix them in a bowl for 15 seconds. No blenders or mixers are needed. In this case, it is better to use a regular table fork. Products do not need to be whipped into foam. They just need to be mixed to the most uniform state.

- parsley greens.
The preparation of such an omelet is phased:
- Pour milk into the pan.
