Cottage cheese is undoubtedly useful for both children and adults. But adults understand this, and children do not, so it’s difficult to feed the child with cottage cheese if he refuses and rests. My child loves apples very much, and I decided to go for a little trick - I baked a cottage cheese pie with apples. Curd pie with apples. In order to bake such a wonderful pie, we need 250 grams of flour, 2 eggs, 200 grams of sugar, 300 grams of cottage cheese (I like fatty, it has a pleasant creamy taste), a pinch of vanillin, a pack of sour cream, slaked soda, a pinch of vanillin and salt . For the filling, we need three apples of any kind, sugar.
First, prepare the dough. Beat sugar, salt and eggs thoroughly, add a pinch of vanillin. Put the cottage cheese in the eggs, beat. Then add sour cream and whisk again until air mass is obtained. Gradually introduce the flour and knead a thick dough. We clean the apples and core, cut into beautiful slices.
Lubricate the cake baking dish with vegetable oil, put 2/3 of the dough. Stack apples on top, sprinkle with sugar and cover with the remaining dough. The cake is baked for about half an hour. Readiness can be checked by a match or a toothpick. If desired, curd pie with apples can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. The taste of this cake is divine, now I bake it more often, because not only the child is delighted, but also her husband.
My friend, just like me, is struggling with the "non-wits" with the help of baking. She invited me to bake a blueberry curd pie. It turned out very tasty, and most importantly beautiful - this is what bribes the children, the food should be beautiful.
So, for this pie we need a pack of butter (if it is not, cream margarine is suitable), one and a half glasses of sugar, a pinch of vanilla sugar, 4 eggs, 300 grams of flour (sometimes less), a baking powder, three packs of cottage cheese (I have 200 packs grams each, totaling 600 grams of cottage cheese), 300 grams of fresh blueberries and icing sugar for decoration.
First, prepare the dough for blueberry pie. Mash butter with sugar and vanilla. Add one egg, baking powder and grind again. Gradually introduce the flour and knead the dough. Then we roll it and put it in a greased form so that we get high sides.
Next, prepare the filling. Cottage cheese is passed through a strainer, add sugar, eggs and beat with a mixer. Then carefully lay the resulting curd mass on the dough, cover with blueberries on top. Bake in a preheated oven for half an hour. We take out the finished cake, let it cool. Then sprinkle it with plenty of icing sugar, and on top of the icing with the remaining blueberries we spread the name of the child, he certainly will not stand. Such a pie, like a cottage cheese pie with apples, is perfect for family tea drinking.
By the way, for a change, you can cook a roll with a sweet filling. I "made" cottage cheese roll with apples. So, in order to prepare the “right” dough for our roll, we need a glass of sugar, 4 eggs and 400 grams of flour. In fact, this is a biscuit dough, since only the biscuit turns out to be carefully wrapped with a roll.

Let's start with the test. Separate the proteins from the yolks, divide the sugar into two parts, and beat each part separately with egg products. Then combine, mix well and add the flour. Knead a not very thick dough. Lay the biscuit on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown.

Everything needs to be done quickly, while the biscuit is hot - it is elastic, but if it has cooled down, it can crack.
