Pita rolls with salmon: tasty and original

Among the many appetizers, which rightfully are the decoration of the table, a special place is taken by pita rolls with salmon. They look very beautiful on the table, differ in completely different (depending on the recipe for cooking) tastes, quickly and simply cook.

For their preparation, in addition to slightly salted fish (salmon or any other), you will need a fresh, very thin Armenian pita bread. Determine the taste of rolls will be their filling.

Lightly salted fish is the main component, but the other ingredient is unstable: some cooks prefer cream cheese, others prefer butter. Finely chopped beets, carrots, onions, and eggs mixed with mayonnaise are placed inside the rolled fillet. They can be mixed not with fillets, but with lemon juice and olive oil. Rolls are ready.

Men will enjoy more nutritious, high- calorie pork rolls with mushrooms, which are often called “fingers”.

For them they take pork fillet, well beaten, slightly salted, pepper, onions, mushrooms, vegetable oil, mayonnaise or sour cream.

First, finely chopped mushrooms are fried with onions. You can take ordinary oyster mushrooms or champignons, but a more fragrant dish will turn out with forest mushrooms. Then they are laid out on a preliminary prepared fillet, rolls are rolled up, fixed with a toothpick or tied with a sprig of greens so that they do not open. Rolls are fried over a hot fire until crusty, then put in a baking dish. Pour the resulting semi-finished product with mayonnaise or sour cream, if desired, sprinkle with cheese, put in the oven.

After half an hour, the aromatic, hearty dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
