Crab meat salads for holidays and weekdays

Tender crab meat goes well with many products that are traditionally used for salads. This gives room for the application of imagination. The only thing such seafood should not be mixed with is homemade pickles. These arthropods “love” the society of fresh vegetables. Therefore, combine them with cucumber, avocado, cabbage, lettuce leaves. From canned products, corn, olives, peas are suitable for them. Salads made from crab meat are served on holidays, and on weekdays an expensive ingredient can be replaced with surimi.

Crab Meat Salads

In the Mediterranean countries, seafood is the basic element of many dishes. They cook Spanish paella, Italian risotto and pasta, Provencal soup and, of course, salads. Delicious snacks - tapas - are made from crab meat.

Consider the simplest Spanish recipe. Four tiger prawns should be peeled and finely chopped. Two more fry in olive oil whole. Grind one hundred grams of crab meat, mix with chopped shrimp and spices to taste. Season with a spoon or two of yogurt sauce. Finely chop the avocado half, mix with a small amount of hot Tabasco. Put slices of orange on a beautiful dish, place the shrimp and crab mass on top. Cover with a mixture of avocado and tabasco. Garnish with pitted olives, halves of cherry tomatoes and whole shrimps. Crab Meat Salad

In American cuisine, seafood is also in honor. Classic crab meat salad is prepared with the addition of milk corn. First, hard-boiled 4 eggs. Cool, clean, finely chop them along with 200 g of crab meat. A strained jar of corn and 100 g of pitted olives are added. Season salad with salt and black pepper. A quarter of a cabbage is chopped with straws, crushed with hands and mixed with the rest of the ingredients. Add mayonnaise.

Italian salad with crab meat is very fragrant thanks to tarragon leaves. Pour the yolk into the mixer bowl, a spoonful of white wine vinegar and water, pour a pinch of black pepper and salt. We begin to beat at medium speeds. Without turning off the mixer, pour in a thin stream three spoons of olive oil. This is a gas station. The salad itself is prepared like this. We chop tarragon leaves and a few feathers of green onions. Mix with chopped canned crabs (250 g). Sprinkle with egg sauce. Serve as follows: put a circle of large tomato (varieties "bovine heart") on the leaves of lettuce romaine, and lettuce on it.

Classic crab meat salad

There are crab meat salads in Russian cuisine. Hard boiled four eggs. Finely chop them together with 200 g of crab meat. We clean three apples, remove fruit boxes, cut into strips. Vintage crab meat salads can be combined both with exotic fruits (the same avocado) and with a banal cucumber. Try this recipe. Cover the bowls with lettuce leaves. We clean the small onion and chop it very finely, as well as three hard-boiled eggs. Disassemble 450 g of canned crab meat into pieces. We mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise. We lay out the mass in a bowl on salad leaves. We cut the average cucumber (or avocado) into thin cubes. We decorate them with our delicious salad.
