Yeast dough is different. It depends on the method of its preparation, of which there are only two: unpaired and unpaired. The difference is in the amount of baking added . These are eggs, fats, etc. Less is added to the doughless dough of these products. And, as a rule, such products as bread, cakes, unsweetened pies, etc. are prepared from it. We will focus our attention today on the uncooked method of preparing yeast dough.
Which type of test is best to choose?
Now the Orthodox have a Christmas post, and those who adhere to this tradition can cook semi-finished products for baking without using milk or eggs. Indeed, for the preparation of such a test, yeast can be bred not only in warm milk, but also in water. You can also remove eggs from the recipe, which, in principle, are part of our semi-finished product. This does not violate the technology for making yeast dough in a single-handed manner. And for those people who do not fast, the usual recipe with eggs and milk is suitable.

Yeast dough rises strongly due to the yeast in it. And, as you know, it needs to be crushed while it settles before baking. By mixing it periodically, we expel carbon dioxide from the mass, which is the result of the vital activity of yeast. You also need to remember that during baking products will also grow strongly in volumes relative to the original ones, so we make sure that there is enough space between the items on the baking sheet or the baking dish is not filled to the top. This is all regardless of which option is selected: lean or regular.
Simple dough
So, for the implementation of the process of preparing the yeast dough unpaired way without adding any baking, you will need a few ingredients. Among them are flour, water, salt and yeast. This is calculated as follows. For 500 g of flour, 200 g of water is taken. Yeast will need about 20 grams, and salt - 1 teaspoon. When changing the amount of the required semi-finished product, the quantity of ingredients changes proportionally.
And here is the unsophisticated method of making yeast dough: yeast is bred in warm water, they are mixed with flour and salt, which we pour in gradually. Knead the dough and leave covered warm for 3-4 hours. From time to time it is necessary to approach and knead it in order to lower it, otherwise it will “run away”.
In such a dough, if desired, you can add dried fruits, and chopped nuts, and other filling that you will like.
Butter dough
Here's another easy way to make yeast dough. It has additional ingredients and mixes a little differently. So, in milk or water, heated to 30-40 degrees (a small amount of liquid is taken), dissolve our yeast. Also dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar in milk or water in another bowl. A small amount of liquid is also needed. Mix together the sifted flour, one egg and the resulting two mixtures with salt, sugar and yeast. Gradually, about 7 minutes, knead a homogeneous dough. Among other things, at the end of kneading, add melted butter and knead the dough to the end. Oil should be 30 g.
This unpaired method of preparing yeast dough includes the sedimentation of the semi-finished product. As a result, the dough needs to be covered in a saucepan and put in a warm place. Yeast will ferment and increase its volume. The dough will stand for about three hours. During this time, it needs to be mixed several times so that it does not get over the sides of the pan.
What to add a stuffing?
Dried fruits can be added to butter yeast dough and baked, for example, a cake with dried apricots or raisins. Moreover, the filling can be added directly to the dough itself, so that it interspersed in the product, like cake or rolls, or you can wrap it by making a pie or roll. As a filling for a pie or sweet cakes, you can use various jam or jam. You can also add fruits or berries to the sweet yeast cake. For example, apples. And there are also sugar buns beloved by the population of the post-Soviet space. For this, special filling is not necessary, and they are prepared simply elementary.

From regular yeast dough, you can fry or bake pies in the oven. We add potatoes, stewed cabbage, onions and boiled eggs, and even cheese. Unsweetened pies are also baked from yeast dough. You can add minced meat, the same potatoes, mushrooms to such a pie. You can also bake any pizza from the pastry. There is no special recipe here. Just grease the round of thinly rolled dough with tomato paste or ketchup, put on top what is (minced meat, fish, sausage, etc.), add olives and grated cheese.
The main thing is to observe the technology of the oddless method of preparing yeast dough. And the rest will be prompted by fantasy.
