Baked pork with mozzarella and tomato sauce

Cut a pound of pork into slices (size - like a chop) and beat. Rub with garlic, sprinkle with pepper and salt. Cut one bell pepper into strips and fry slightly (3 minutes is enough), then add the tomatoes to it in your own juice (200 grams), salt and pepper, add a little dried basil and sugar to the vegetables. Hold for 1 minute on fire.

Meatballs in milk sauce

To do this, we will need 800 g of minced pork, which we mix with 1 chopped onion, garlic (2 cloves) scrolled through a meat grinder, 1 raw egg and 1 cup of boiled rice. We mix all the ingredients carefully, add salt and pepper and form small meatballs. Roll them in flour and fry in a skillet. When they are browned, transfer them to the stew-pan, pour 2 cups of water there and simmer, putting the lid on, for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, you can make the sauce. Fry 2 tablespoons of flour in a dry frying pan, mix it with half a liter of milk, and make sure that there are no lumps. Fry 1 chopped onion until soft and add to milk. Boil together until the mass is slightly thickened, then add 1 bunch of chopped dill, nutmeg and salt. Water the meatballs with the resulting sauce.
