In general, everything is done the same way as in the preparation of sweets for glazing, but only after the syrup is turned into a white mass, it is mixed with cocoa and grated chocolate. The chocolate mixture is slightly warmed, and then laid out on a baking sheet. The resulting layer of 2 centimeters is leveled, cooled and cut into pieces.
