Brownie is a dish of American cuisine, which is a small rectangular chocolate cake . Usually an oven is used for its preparation. But it turns out that it’s even easier to make a brownie in the microwave. This original option is worth considering in more detail.
Lean cake
Usually, five main ingredients are used to make brownie:
- cocoa powder (or chocolate);
- Wheat flour;
- butter;
- eggs
- sugar.
But with the popularity of this dessert, many interesting recipes have appeared, according to which you can also cook the famous American cake. In addition, with the advent of modern kitchen appliances, making it much easier. Now you do not have to wait half an hour watching the baking process through the window of the oven. Much faster you can cook an excellent brownie in the microwave. And for those who are trying to keep track of their figure, you can offer a recipe in which there is not a drop of fat. For work you will need:
- 60 grams of flour;
- 3 grams of baking soda;
- 45 grams of cocoa powder;
- 50 grams of sugar;
- 200 grams of any fruit puree;
- a teaspoon of Kikkoman soy sauce.
Making brownies in the microwave is easy:
- First, pour the flour into a clean, deep bowl. Preliminary it is better to sift it.
- Add sugar, cocoa and soda.
- Introduce mashed potatoes, soy sauce and mix well. The consistency of the mixture should correspond to a thick sour cream.

Brownie with nuts
Changing the composition of the initial mixture, you can cook a variety of cakes. For example, a nutty brownie in a microwave is very tasty. In this case, you will need the following products:
- 200 grams of flour, butter and dark chocolate;
- 300 grams of sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- 4 eggs;
- a tablespoon of vanilla extract;
- 100 grams of nuts (walnuts).
The process technology will be slightly different:
- The first step is to melt the butter and chocolate with constant stirring.
- As soon as the resulting mass cools down a bit, you need to add sugar to it and mix well.
- Introduce the vanilla eggs and beat thoroughly with a mixer. The mass should be airy and as homogeneous as possible.

To quickly cook brownie in the microwave, the recipe must contain the minimum amount of the simplest components. For such a dessert, the following composition is suitable:
- 150 grams of butter;
- 100 grams of cocoa;
- a glass of sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- a pinch of cinnamon;
- 130 grams of flour.
The whole process can be divided into four main stages:
- First, melt the butter. To do this, it can be put in the microwave for a short time . After that, adding sugar, cocoa and cinnamon, stir everything so that there were no lumps in the mass.
- Introduce slightly beaten eggs, and then, not forgetting to stir, pour flour in a thin stream.
- First grease the baking dish with oil, and then carefully transfer the prepared dough into it and send it to the microwave for only 5 minutes. Power should be maximum.
- To prevent the mass from spreading, the finished product must be kept inside the switched-off cabinet for about another 8-10 minutes.
Only after that it can be got. It is better to cut a product that has already cooled down.
Original form
It is not necessary to have a special shape at hand in order to bake brownies in the microwave. In a circle, this is done just as easily and simply. Alternatively, you can use a not quite ordinary set of components:
- 90 grams of flour;
- 30 milliliters of whole milk;
- some salt;
- 20 grams of butter;
- 50 grams of sugar;
- 35 grams of cocoa;
- 10 fresh raspberries.
The preparation of brownie in this case should go as follows:
- Melt the butter in the microwave, and then add sugar, milk and salt to it.
- Combine cocoa with flour and add the resulting mixture to the dough. If the mass is too thick, you can add a little milk.
- At the bottom of the mug, place part of the prepared chocolate dough. Put a few berries on it and cover them with the remaining sweet mass.
- Send the mug to the microwave for literally 2 minutes.
