Born on November 24, 1970 in the city of Zheleznogorsk, located in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Our hero is from a simple family. Father and mother received higher technical education. Lesha has an older brother, also a musician.
He grew up an active and sociable boy. Nikitin Jr. attended a music school where he studied guitar. He wanted to become a famous artist. In 1988, Alexei Nikitin graduated from high school. The guy went to Krasnoyarsk, where he entered the Aerospace Academy the first time.
In 1991, Lesha and three other students created the group "9 district". Our hero was a team leader, soloist, author of texts and music. He played the guitar. The group included: Maxim Golubenko (bass), Shevkun Alexander (drums) and Radik Valetov (keys). And after a couple of years, saxophonist Vitaly Akmurzin joined them.
Career development
The first album "9 districts" was released in 1991. It was called Do Not Forget. Cassettes with songs and clips were distributed in Nikitin's hometown of Zheleznogorsk. His friends and classmates helped him in this.
In 1992, the group's second album was recorded. Later, Alexei Nikitin combined these two records under the common name "Do Not Forget." The new group has acquired its own army of fans. The musicians went on a tour of our vast country.
In subsequent years, the team released another 6 albums. The composition has changed several times. In the period from 2002 to 2004, the group was suspended. And all due to the fact that its leader was in a serious car accident. In 2005, "9th District" began to perform again. And again, not for long. The work of the group was resumed in 2007-2008. Nikitin tried to regain the former popularity of the team. But luck seems to have turned its back on him. In 2013, the group ceased to exist.
Personal life

The first time Lesha married when he was a little over 20 years old. This marriage did not last long. Unsettled life and baseless jealousy finally destroyed the relationship. One day, Lesha packed up and left the apartment. And a few months later they divorced the couple.
The new darling of Alexei was the slim and pretty blonde Diana. The musician long and persistently courted her. As a result, the girl agreed to become his wife - first civil, then official.
Diana provided her husband moral support, accompanied him on tour. She was his guardian angel. The only thing that the girl could not prevent was Aleksey's passion for alcohol.

On the morning of July 29, Alexei had a strong drink with some of the locals. On the way home, he stumbled and fell to his full height. He was taken to hospital No. 51 of Zheleznogorsk, in the surgical department. Nikitin's internal organs were recaptured. Doctors also revealed a fracture of two ribs in a patient.
In the afternoon, a musician from the first group came to visit Alexey. He brought him the juice and wished him a speedy recovery. Nikitin was still drunk. The man fell asleep only late in the evening.
In the morning (July 30), the musician came to his senses. He could not understand where he was. Alex went to the window. He imagined that below friends are waiting for him with a beer. Our hero bravely stepped out the window. But his chamber was on the 3rd floor. It was not possible to save Nikitin.
