First of all, you need to cook the dough. To do this, soften the oil and rub it with flour. Beat the yolks with sugar, add sour cream, flour and butter, starch, baking powder, knead the dough and leave it for forty minutes in a cold place.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. For this, cherries are mixed with sugar.
Over time, the dough is divided into two parts (unequal). The large ones are laid out in a greased form, making the sides, the cherries are laid on top, sprinkled with brandy. Then the remaining dough is divided into two equal halves, from one make a lattice on the cake, and from the second - an ear that is attached at the edges of the product. Baking is placed in the oven for forty minutes.
Shortcake with Berries
Ingredients: half a kilogram of blueberries, two hundred grams of sugar, two cups of flour, one egg, one yolk, two hundred grams of butter, one bag of vanilla.
The berries are washed, sprinkled with sugar and left for one hour. Meanwhile, two tablespoons of sugar, vanilla, softened butter, flour are added to the egg and yolk and the dough is kneaded.
The finished dough is placed in a cold place for half an hour, then a quarter of it is put aside, and the rest is rolled out and put in a greased form, making the sides. Berries are poured on top and covered with the remaining dough, making a grate from it. The product is baked for forty minutes.
Pie with cottage cheese and berries
Ingredients: seventy grams of butter, one hundred and fifty grams of biscuits, two hundred and thirty grams of fat cottage cheese, one spoon of vanillin, four tablespoons of powdered sugar, as well as three hundred grams of sour cream, three glasses of cherries, eight tablespoons of currant jam.
The cookie crumbs are combined with pre-melted butter, mixed well, laid in a mold and put in a cold place for half an hour.
Meanwhile, beat the curd, add the icing sugar, vanillin and mix well again. Sour cream is also beaten with a mixer until it starts to hold shape, then added to the curd. The resulting mixture is laid out in a mold (on top of the crumbs) and again put for half an hour in a cold place.
After some time, cherries are spread on top of a sour cream and watered with currant jam . The berry pie is ready.
