Culinary masterpieces are born with a non-standard approach to the combination of products. One of the brightest examples of such a unique flavoring composition is the combination of sweet notes of pineapple with meat. Many dishes that use these two components in the recipe basis have firmly entered the classics of world cuisine.
Pork chops with pineapple rings
Pork chops baked with whole pineapple rings are also called French - either in honor of the country that presented the world with an unusual delicacy, or because of the indescribable piquancy of the taste of the dish, reminiscent of the subtle charm of this nation.

- A kilogram piece of pork balyk is cut into thick layers from 1.5 to 2 cm and beaten to a thickness of 1 cm.
- Each plate is rubbed with salt mixed with freshly ground black pepper.

- On top of each chop lay 2-3 thin rings of sweet onion and 2 rings of pineapple.

Pineapple Sliced Meat Slices
Another variant of pork with a fragrant fruit looks unusually original on the table (moreover, not necessarily festive). To prepare this dish, you do not need an oven, and on pineapples you can save a little and buy them immediately chopped into pieces:
- Pork - the pulp from the shoulder blade or balyk - is cut into plates about 1 cm thick and beaten a little.
- Large chops are rubbed with pepper, if desired with a mixture of spices for roast (without salt) and cut into pieces, not more than 3 cm.
- A little soy sauce is poured into a separate bowl and the meat is mixed in it.
- While the pork is soaked in the sauce, pour the liquid from the pineapples, cut them (if it is rings) and finely chop 2 large cloves of garlic.
- Garlic is lightly fried in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, and then all prepared meat is laid out there.
- After three minutes of intense frying, pour pineapple cubes (about 300 g) into the pan. The whole mass is mixed and stewed under the lid for 2-3 minutes.
- At this time, begin to mix the ingredients for the sauce: combine taken in 1 tbsp. a spoon of barbecue ketchup and potato starch with a quarter cup of white table wine, and mix with a fork until all the lumps disappear.
- The resulting sauce is introduced into the meat in a thin stream and still heated for a minute or two on the fire, and then removed from the stove.
The meat with pineapple cooked in this way is perfectly complemented by a side dish of crumbly rice and sweet pickled onion rings.
Beef Chops with Pineapples
Beef has a denser structure than pork, so you need to soak the chops from it first for a long time in special marinades, then subject them to double-sided frying and only after these manipulations, proceed to ennoble the dish with additional elements.
Beef with pineapple in the oven (pictured below):
- A piece of tenderloin, weighing about a pound, is cut into wide plates and beat off.
- 2 large cloves of garlic are passed through a press, mixed with black pepper and this mass is diluted with 1:10 white table wine.

Pineapple Chicken
A chicken baked in the oven in an open way may turn out to be a little dry, therefore, before heat treatment of its meat with pineapples, each portion is individually wrapped in an envelope made of food foil. As a result, it will turn out tender and very juicy.

When all the ingredients are prepared, start the sequential laying of layers of salad. All layers are smeared with mayonnaise, except the last. Assembly is carried out in the following order:
- At the bottom of a deep rectangular or cylindrical salad bowl lay white poultry meat.
- Top half of the mushroom mixture is distributed.
- Now comes the pineapple layer.
- The penultimate row is mushrooms again.
- The composition is completed by a thick cheese cap.
The formed lettuce is covered with a plate so that the cheese does not get windy and put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours for impregnation.
Pineapple Turkey
You can serve turkey in the same way as chicken, or you can surprise guests and cook a completely kebab that is unexpected in taste. It is prepared as follows:
- A piece of fillet, weighing 700-800 g, is cut into slices of about 4 cm, so that it is convenient to pass them on skewers.
- In the same way, but in slightly smaller pieces, the flesh of fresh pineapple is cut.
- In half a liter of pineapple juice (you can buy packaged) with 2 hours spoons of universal seasoning already mixed in it, you need to marinate all turkey meat, as well as 3 heads of onions, cut into large segments.
- An hour later, when the meat slices are saturated with marinade, they proceed to the main action: put pieces of barbecue and pineapple on skewers, observing the order.

Chinese sauce

It is recommended to prepare the sauce shortly before the planned dinner so that it does not lose its piquant freshness in the refrigerator.
How to prepare meat
In order for the taste of meat dishes not to be spoiled by a violation of the meat preparation technology, several basic rules for the purchase, primary processing and cutting of fillets should be learned:
- When buying beef on the market, you need to wet a piece of meat with a paper towel and make sure that the freshness of the delicacy is not the result of bathing the fillet in a manganese solution. If the napkin remains clean, then the meat is good.
- The chop will be obtained only from a plate of meat cut from a piece across the direction of the fiber line. Otherwise, the fillet will be almost impossible to beat off, and the quality of the finished dish from improper cutting will deteriorate in half.
- For the convenience of beating and so that the spray from the meat does not scatter in all directions, a piece of meat is covered with cling film and only then act with a hammer.
