To prepare any dish, not only products and a recipe are required, but also the desire to create your own unique culinary masterpiece. One of the most sought after delicacies on the table is salad. The history of its origin goes back far into the past, but every year there are more and more recipes, and salads absorb the most amazing flavor combinations. The most popular are those that can be prepared from simple products and with a minimum investment of time, for example, a salad with ham and tomatoes. It is these recipes that we suggest you to take note of for “sudden guests”.
"Pitching" salad with ham and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
- 330 g of fresh ham;
- 3 fleshy tomatoes;
- 2 orange bell peppers;
- 180 g of cheese of any hard;
- fresh greens;
- mayonnaise with lemon flavor.
The method of preparation of "rolls" (salad with ham and tomatoes):
Rinse thoroughly all vegetables, pat dry with a paper towel and free from the middle, including tomatoes. Cut bell pepper into small sticks, chop the tomatoes and ham with the same thin straw. Cheese can be chopped with a knife or grated.
When the ingredients are prepared, take the dish prepared in advance, put the ham on it so that it covers the bottom, you can give the salad a shape, for example, a heart. Cover the ham with mayonnaise and lay out evenly the tomatoes, which should be sprinkled with mayonnaise. Then, pepper and grated cheese are laid out in turn, each layer is also flavored with mayonnaise to make the salad juicy. With sprigs of green we frame the salad on the sides so that they create a pattern in the form of a wave from above. A salad with ham and tomatoes is unlikely to leave anyone indifferent.
Flotilla: pasta and ham salad
Ingredients:
- the average pack of solid spirals;
- a can of white 400 ml canned beans;
- 230 g of fresh ham;
- 3 fleshy tomatoes;
- one salad purple onion;
- one orange Bulgarian medium pepper;
- greens to decorate the salad.
Sauce Ingredients:
- 180 ml of extra virgin olive oil;
- a small pack of low-fat cream;
- 45 ml of wine vinegar;
- 17 ml of lemon juice;
- 10 ml dried basil.
Method of preparation: Pour water into the prepared container for decoction of pasta and add, after boiling, vegetable oil, salt and pasta, bring to readiness at the time indicated on the packet. We recline in a colander and rinse with ice water so that they do not stick together. Cut ham and pepper, tomatoes into small cubes, onion into thin strips and scald them with boiling water in small cubes, then pour the liquid from the beans and put everything into a large bowl. Pour the remaining oil, vinegar, cream and lemon juice, basil into a blender, beat and season the ingredients. Mix and put in a salad bowl, sprinkled with greens on top.
"Juicy" salad - a cocktail with ham
Ingredients:
- 330 g of fresh ham
- 150 g of Finnish salami
- 150 g fresh sliced
- 3 meaty tomatoes
- 2 orange bell peppers
- 180 g of cheese of any hard
- fresh greens, a clove of garlic
- for sauce sour cream and mayonnaise in a ratio of 50/50
Method of preparation: Rinse thoroughly all vegetables, pat dry with a paper towel and free from the middle, including tomatoes. Cut bell pepper and salami into small sticks, chop the tomatoes, chopped and ham with the same thin strips. Grind cheese with a knife or grate coarsely. Squeeze a clove of garlic in a blender, add sour cream and mayonnaise there, beat in sauce. Put all the ingredients in a prepared vessel and mix with the sauce, decorating after the selected herbs at your own discretion.
These salads are good because they do not take much time to prepare (no more than half an hour), ham gives the dish a rich aroma and goes well with any vegetables without requiring additional processing.
