He needs the following:
- 100 grams of pasta.
- 2 large eggs of chicken.
- Butter.
- Salt.

The delicious fried pasta for this recipe is not quite so. Despite the fact that you do not need to cook them until cooked, you still need to boil for 2-3 minutes. After this, you need to shift the pasta into a pan with a small amount of melted butter and fry them for several minutes. Then you need to beat in the eggs and mix everything thoroughly, close the pan with a lid and cook over a low heat for about another five minutes. If after this time the pasta remains solid, you can add a little boiling water to the pan and simmer under a closed lid until the water evaporates completely.
Recipe 3: Ingredients for Cooking
In this case, the fried vermicelli is best obtained.
To do this, you will need:
- 120 grams of pasta (optional vermicelli) from durum wheat;
- 1 teaspoon curry tea
- dill;
- ground black pepper and salt;

- 30 ml olive oil;
- 2 glasses of water.

Pour olive oil into a pan and heat it, then add ground black pepper and curry. Spices must be fried for about thirty seconds. Then you need to pour raw vermicelli and fry it for three minutes. You can make fried pasta without cooking on a bouillon cube. To do this, you will need:
- 150 grams of any pasta.
- Sunflower oil.
- Garlic.
- Any bouillon cube.
- Pepper and salt.
Any pasta can be used in this recipe - both spaghetti and cobwebs, and horns. In a pan, heat the oil, after which you need to put the pasta and fry them on a small fire until they are rosy. It usually takes about five minutes. During frying, you need to constantly stir the pasta, since it is important that they absorb oil. Then you should add the broth cube crushed into powder and finely mashed garlic, and then again mix everything very well.
After that, the mixture is filled with water so that its level is higher. Under a closed lid, cook this dish for about seven minutes over medium heat. After that, you can immediately serve pasta on the table.
A recipe with a minimum of ingredients
It is also a variation of simple pasta cooking methods. The following ingredients are needed:
- Any pasta.
- Unrefined sunflower oil.
How to cook?
The empty pan must be heated over a fire and pour several tablespoons of oil into it. It is highly advisable to use just the "aromatic" crude oil, as it will give the dish a specific aftertaste. You can use olive if desired. Then pasta is poured into the pan (their layer should be approximately the height of two fingers). With constant stirring, pasta must be fried for several minutes. Oil should saturate them well from all sides. Fry until they have a pale brown tint. Then boiling water is poured into the pan to the top, salt is added, and the pasta is stewed under a closed lid until cooked. This usually takes about ten minutes. Season the finished dish is best sour cream or yogurt. If desired, in this recipe you can replace the vegetable oil with butter or even ghee. This will greatly affect the taste and aroma.
