Then put the bird in the sleeve and send it to the oven for two and a half hours. If you use a large goose, then you should increase the cooking time to three hours. When the goose is ready, you should carefully cut the sleeve and pour it with the resulting fat.
Now wash the apples, peel them from the core so that the apple remains whole. Then stuff each with cane sugar in a small amount, cinnamon, a couple of cranberry berries.
