  • fresh sandwich loaf - 1 pc.;
  • ripe red tomato - 3-4 pcs.;
  • small small eggplant - 2 pcs.;
  • hard Russian cheese - 180 g;
  • medium-sized fresh garlic - 1 pc.;
  • green lettuce - a few pcs. (depends on the number of sandwiches);
  • fresh dill and parsley - 1/3 bunch;
  • sunflower oil - 65 ml (for frying vegetables);
  • medium-sized sea salt - to taste;
  • high fat mayonnaise - 120 g;
  • butter - 70 g (for roasting a loaf).
