  • Packing instant udon noodles (400 grams).
  • 40 milliliters of soy sauce.
  • Three large sweet peppers (necessarily fleshy).
  • 50 milliliters of odorless vegetable oil.
  • Two medium carrots.
  • One tablespoon of teriyaki thick sauce.
  • A few cloves of garlic.
  • One tablespoon of grated ginger.
  • Five stalks of green onions.
  • A quarter kilogram of peeled shrimp.
  • Salt.

Free peppers from seeds and stalks, carrots from peel, and garlic from husks. Rinse all vegetables. Cut carrots and peppers into thin long strips, and finely chop the garlic. Chop clean green onions in large pieces.

  • 100 grams of rice noodles.
  • 250 grams of frozen or chilled sea cocktail.
  • 40 milliliters of water.
  • A teaspoon of soy sauce.
  • Salt.
  • Olive oil.

Process description

Let the thawed sea cocktail thaw, and then free from the resulting liquid by folding the ingredient in a colander. If a chilled product is used, then such a procedure is not needed.

Pour a little olive oil into the pan, and then send the dishes to the fire. Once the fat has warmed up a little, put a sea cocktail in it. Fry, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Pour water and soy sauce into a pan with a sea cocktail. Reduce fire to a minimum. Simmer the ingredients under a closed lid for 5 minutes.

To prepare funchoses with seafood you will need:

  • 300 grams of broccoli.
  • One and a half liters of water.
  • 400 grams of funchose.
  • 150 milliliters of soy sauce.
  • 550 grams of sea cocktail of mussels, shrimp, squid and octopus.
  • One teaspoon of dried garlic.
  • 90 grams of peanuts or almonds.
  • ΒΎ tsp granulated sugar.
  • Salt.
  • One tsp ground black pepper.
  • Refined vegetable oil.

Create gourmet Chinese cuisine

Broccoli should be washed and sorted into inflorescences. A frozen product is usually already prepared, and you can skip this step.

Bring one and a half liters of water to a boil in a convenient saucepan, and then add a few pinches of salt there. Send broccoli inflorescences to the bubbling liquid and cook for 4-6 minutes (time depends on size). Throw the ready-made cabbage into a colander and immediately pour over ice water, then leave to drain.

Prepare gravy: combine soy sauce with black pepper, sugar, dried garlic and a few pinches of salt. Mix all components thoroughly.

Pour some more oil into the pan and put on the stove again. Put sea cocktail and funchose into the preheated fat. Pour the products with prepared gravy and mix. Add broccoli inflorescences. Again, carefully, trying not to damage the delicate structure of seafood and funchose, mix all the ingredients. Cover the pan. Cook over moderate heat for another 2 minutes.

Chop nuts into small pieces and add to the dish. Remove the pan from the heat and distribute its contents on plates. Chinese noodles are consumed hot. After cooling, it loses its taste, and its structure is violated.
