Ingredients for the dough:
- two glasses of kefir;
- three chicken eggs;
- one and a half glasses of flour;
- a teaspoon of salt;
- a teaspoon of baking powder (if not, use baking soda - a quarter of a teaspoon).
For filling:
- 6 medium sized potatoes;
- bulb;
- 700-800 grams of pangasius - fillet;
- hops-suneli, cilantro;
- 200 grams of hard cheese;

How to make a pangasius pie
