Egg appetizer

At the initial stage of preparation, you need to knead the pancake dough in a deep bowl, for which you will need eggs, milk, sifted flour, sunflower oil, salt and water.

All components must be mixed well with a mixer or with a whisk until a homogeneous, not too liquid mass is obtained. Next, grease the pan with the remaining oil, and begin to bake pancakes.

To prepare the filling, rice and eggs must be boiled. Finely chop the egg, cut the olives in circles. Also finely chop the greens. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl. 3. Tongue snack with eggs. For cooking you will need:

- boiled tongue ;

- 2 cucumbers;

- 3 eggs;

- mayonnaise;

- some greens;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt.

The tongue that has just been boiled must immediately be lowered into cold water, which will facilitate subsequent cleaning. The skin is removed and the tongue is cut into thin slices. Diced eggs are mixed in a deep bowl with mayonnaise and herbs, and salt to taste. Pieces of tongue are placed on the dish, on top of each, lay the egg filling and cover with a piece of cucumber. A cold appetizer of eggs with mayonnaise and fresh cucumbers is very tasty, and can replace the main dish. Variations of the filling can be very different, show your imagination.

4. Appetizer of eggs "Kaiser omelet" served to the table as a dessert. For cooking, you will need the following ingredients:

- several eggs;

- one art. a spoonful of sugar;

- a glass of flour;

- 125 ml of milk;

- one art. a spoonful of butter;

- one teaspoon of small raisins;

- half a teaspoon of cinnamon;

- 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar.

First of all, you need to thoroughly mix milk, flour, eggs and sugar in one container. It is necessary to ensure that no lumps form. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, heat the pan and melt the butter. We proceed to frying the resulting mass. As soon as the lower part of the omelet is cooked, it is necessary to sprinkle the top with raisins and then with cinnamon. Next, turn the omelet very carefully on the other side so that the raisins do not crumble, and tear it with two forks. It is important to thoroughly fry the omelet and serve it hot.
