Potted meat with mushrooms is a great option for dinner. They usually cook it in the oven, and you can find enough recipes. Plus, it's just delicious. - three carrots;
- ten potato tubers;
- 300 grams of any meat, such as chicken;
- 150 grams of sour cream;
- 300 grams of champignons;
- 150 grams of hard cheese;
- vegetable oil;
- a bunch of any fresh greens;
- salt and pepper;
- a tablespoon of wheat flour;
- water.
Instead of meat, you can also use minced meat from beef, or from a combination of two types of meat. The recipe for meat with mushrooms in a pot will not become any more difficult.

If you take the stuffing, then it is initially thawed and fried in a pan. And then everything is similar to cooking a whole piece of meat.
The meat is cut into cubes about two centimeters thick. Vegetable oil is poured into the pan, slices are fried over high heat for a couple of minutes. Sour cream is diluted with a glass of water, poured into a pan with meat. Add salt and any spices. They also put flour to make the sauce thicker. Mix thoroughly so that no lumps remain. Boil until everything thickens.

In this form, the marinade should stand for an hour. You can also just beat the meat under cling film and then chop. But in the marinade it turns out much more tender and aromatic.
Cooking meat with vegetables
Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces. It should stand out from the rest of the ingredients. Carrots are washed, peeled and cut into circles of medium thickness. Mushrooms are cut into slices. Tomatoes cut into slices. Bell pepper get rid of seeds and legs, cut into cubes.
Vegetable oil is poured into the bottom of the pot, beef and onion are laid out. Potatoes are added on top, sprinkled with salt, and mushrooms are laid. The next layer is carrots and bell peppers.
