The future artist was born in a family of actors. From a young age, Arnis dreamed of becoming an artist. After graduating from the first high school in Riga in 1964, he enters the Latvian State Conservatory at the Theater Department, which he graduates in 1970. Arnis Licitis, films with the participation of which is known to almost everyone, met his future common-law wife Inga Aizbalte during the filming of Oksana Bayrak's film “Loafers”. His half is half his age, and the actor does not talk about personal affairs. It should be noted that Inga is the artist’s third common-law wife, for all her life he did not dare to put a stamp on Arnis Licitis’s passport. His family is happy without it.
