  • a pack (250 grams) of cream cheese or Philadelphia cheese;
  • greens;
  • chives - chopped bunch;
  • smoked salmon weighing 800 grams;
  • whipped cream;
  • red (salmon) caviar for decoration.

For the sauce:

  • mayonnaise - 100 ml;
  • egg whites - 2 pieces;
  • capers - 50 grams.

Beat soft Philadelphia cheese or Cream Cheese until smooth. Stir in chopped parsley and chives. If you don’t have the right kind of cheese, you can cook it yourself. Take 300 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 20%, put it in cheesecloth, folded in several layers. Suspend for a day to glass serum. Cold dishes and snacks can be stuffed with cheese prepared in this way.

Use a cake mold in which you can remove the bottom. Cover with paper (baking paper). Cut salmon into slices, grease with a mixture of cheese and herbs. Repeat the layers until the form is filled. Then cover the pan with baking paper and place in the freezer.

Before serving the cake, it must be removed from the mold, put on a flat and smooth surface. Remove sheets of paper and cut into pieces with a sharp knife. Put in the refrigerator to defrost.

4 step

Make a pie sauce. To do this, beat the egg whites with mayonnaise in a blender. Add the dried capers. Grind until smooth.

5 step

Put the pie on a plate, pour the sauce, sprinkle with chopped chives. Dress each serving with whipped cream, red caviar.

A simple and tasty appetizer is prepared according to the following recipe. Ingredients:

  • sliced ​​ham - weighing 500 grams;
  • garlic, chives, curry, red and black peppers;
  • mayonnaise;
  • cheese weighing 500 grams.

Grate the cheese. Grind the garlic. Slice the onion (white part of the feather). Preheat the pan. Fry the curry without adding oil. Seasoning mix with mayonnaise, put a mixture of peppers, garlic, cheese and onions. Put the filling on a thin slice of ham and roll it into a roll. Optionally, you can cut into long slices a pickled cucumber and put it in ham.

Ingredients

For eclairs:

  • wheat flour weighing 400 grams (2 cups);
  • 400 ml water (2 cups);
  • butter - 1 pack (200 grams);
  • a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • chicken eggs - 8 pieces (or 9 if the eggs are small).

For filling:

  • mushrooms (you can take any) - weighing 800 grams;
  • two onions;
  • cream with a volume of 150 ml;
  • processed cheese - several packages (total weight 300 grams);
  • a slice (about 50 grams) of butter;
  • spices and salt.

Eclairs

Pour warm water into the pan. Add salt, sugar, butter. Stir and bring to a boil. Then add flour. Stir so that there are no lumps. Boil the mass for a minute. As the dough cools down a little, drive 2 eggs into it. Stir until a viscous consistency is obtained. Place the balls of dough on a baking sheet covered with paper, bake for 20 minutes in the oven. Do not open the door.

Filling

Fry chopped onions and mushrooms in butter. Before readiness, salt, pepper, pour cream. After 3 minutes, add chopped cream cheese. Stir, pour in beaten eggs. Cool the minced meat and start the eclairs. Cook cold dishes and snacks according to new recipes! Surprise the guests!
