Pumpkin is just a pantry of useful substances and minerals. In traditional medicine, it is used to improve your health and cleanse your body. To do this, it is recommended to use such a vitamin dish as porridge with pumpkin as often as possible. The recipe for cooking is very simple and does not require large financial costs. Thanks to this, you can pamper your family with a delicious and very healthy porridge.

Oatmeal with pumpkin. The recipe for proper cooking.

Such porridge is well suited for diet and baby food. For its preparation we will need: half a glass of oatmeal, a glass of water, 50 grams of pumpkin pulp, two tablespoons of almonds, a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, two teaspoons of granulated sugar.

  • Cut the pulp of the pumpkin into cubes, cook or bake it and use the blender to turn it into mashed potatoes.
  • Fry the almonds slightly, allow it to cool slightly and chop it well.
  • We put the saucepan with water on the fire, bring it to a boil, salt and fill in oatmeal and cook for about two minutes.
  • Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg to the pumpkin puree and mix.
  • We combine porridge with pumpkin mixture, put on fire and cook for a few more minutes, stirring all the time.
  • We spread the porridge in a plate and sprinkle with chopped almonds on top.

Rice porridge with pumpkin. Recipe.

Try making porridge with pumpkin, the recipe of which I describe below. Such porridge is perfect for breakfast, as it is quite satisfying and healthy.

We need: a glass of rice, half a liter of water, 200 grams of pumpkin, a glass of milk, two teaspoons of sugar, butter and a pinch of salt.

  • We clean and rinse the rice, put it in a pan with water, salt and put on fire. After the rice boils, reduce the fire and cook it until cooked.
  • Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater or simply cut into small cubes.
  • Pour milk into a small saucepan and set on fire. As soon as it boils, lay out the pumpkin, add sugar, salt to taste and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes without forgetting to stir.
  • Using a crush, grind the boiled pumpkin, combine with boiled rice and mix gently.
  • We spread the porridge on plates and add a piece of butter. Steamed raisins can be added if desired.

Millet porridge with pumpkin - lean cuisine.

We need: one pumpkin, 250 grams of millet, two glasses of almond milk, a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  • My pumpkin, cut the crust, clean the seeds and cut into medium cubes. Then put it in a pan, fill it with water and cook until it becomes soft. We recline in a colander so that the glass is excess liquid.
  • While water flows from the pumpkin, we take a pan, pour milk and bring it to a boil, add salt to taste, add peeled and washed millet and cook until tender.
  • We spread the ready porridge on plates and pour on top with any vegetable oil. We serve millet porridge with pieces of pumpkin.

Porridge can also be boiled in water (1.5 liters), when the water is completely boiled, add two glasses of almond milk and three tablespoons of sugar.
