Fish with vegetables
Oven notation can be prepared with vegetables. Thus, you kill two birds with one stone, having prepared both fish and a side dish to it in one go. Notothenia, like any other fish, is good friends with vegetables, and this saves housewives time in preparing dinner.
Ingredients:
- a pound of fish notothenia;
- two bell peppers;
- 5 potatoes;
- two tomatoes;
- fresh zucchini;
- basil, dill, parsley;
- bulb;
- half a lemon;
- sour cream;
- leaf salad;
- large carrot;
- salt and seasonings for fish.
Instead of sour cream, you can use mayonnaise, this is a matter of taste. If you do not want to bother much with cooking, then replace all fresh vegetables with a mixture of frozen ones, this will also work!
Cooking fish with vegetables
Arm yourself with strong scissors and the sharpest knife to clean the notation. Despite its modest size and cute appearance, this fish is very difficult to clean - it has powerful fins and tight-fitting rigid scales! Take care of your hands, do not cut yourself while working with sharp tools.
- Clean the fish from the insides, remove the head, fins and scales. Rinse the carcasses well under running water.
- Cut each fish along the ridge, divide into two parts, remove all bones. Surely everyone will agree that eating already peeled fish is much nicer than cooked with bones!
- Peel the potato or leave it if the tubers are only from the garden. Cut into circles, put on a baking sheet, oiled.
- Peel the carrots and cut into slices or strips, place on the potatoes.
- Cut onions into rings, put on carrots.
- Remove the peel from the zucchini, remove the entrails with grains, cut into circles, lay on the onion.
- Lubricate with half sour cream, salt.
- Put the pieces of fish, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and season. On top of the fish lay pieces of tomatoes and bell pepper.
- Cut greens, mix with the remains of sour cream, put on top of the rest of the ingredients.
- Bake at 180 degrees 40 minutes.
Put lettuce leaves on plates, lay on them vegetables and notothen, baked in the oven.
If you used frozen vegetables, put them in a baking sheet, grease with half sour cream and salt. Next, put the fish, pour lemon juice, salt and season, cover with sour cream mixed with greens on top.
Fish in the marinade "Bordeaux"
The notations in the oven will turn out to be incredibly elegant if you cook it under the Bordeaux marinade. The dish is easy to prepare, but it can be displayed for treating guests. The fish comes out very tasty, tender, the taste plays in hundreds of shades, and it is impossible to accurately guess what was used to prepare the dish. How to cook notothenia in the oven? Of course, using the Bordeaux marinade!
Ingredients:
- kilogram of notothenia;
- two carrots;
- two onions;
- two tomatoes;
- beets will need five pieces, if it is small;
- seasonings for fish;
- three tablespoons of 6% table vinegar;
- a pair of bay leaves;
- salt and pepper;
- sunflower oil for frying.
It is advisable to leave all the ingredients as they are, do not add anything, do not remove or change.
Cooking fish with Bordeaux marinade
- As in the first recipe, the fish must be well cleaned of everything that is not accepted to eat. Season with salt and season, leave to soak for 20 minutes. Then roll in flour and fry until blush in vegetable oil.
- Boil the beets.
- Grate the carrots, chop the onion, as convenient, fry until a light golden hue, then add the diced tomatoes. Stew for 10 minutes.
- Grate or chop the beets, add the stew to the rest of the vegetables.
- Salt, add vinegar, bay leaf, pepper, you can and a spoonful of sugar if the beets caught unsweetened. Stew for a couple of minutes.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet, put the stewed vegetables on top. Put the nototheny in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Bake at 140-160 degrees.
Portioned fish in foil
Cooking notothenia in the oven in separate bags is not the fastest thing, but each guest will receive an individual portion of fish. Thus, you can cook according to individual preferences. For example, one does not like dried apricots, you do not put it in his foil bag. Another is allergic to pepper and so on. And itβs just nice to take from the table and put in your plate a portion piece in which there is sauce and all the accompanying components for fish!

- lemon;
- sour cream;

- salt and seasonings for fish.
And, of course, you need foil. The charm of cooking in foil is that you do not need to add oil to the dish, and so it becomes more useful. If you want to cook with a broth, a stewed fish, cook less, if necessary with frying, then just open the foil in the middle of the baking and bring to the desired condition.
Cooking fish in foil
