Going to the supermarket for a cake or pastries is not always convenient, but preparing simple pastries from those products that are at home is quite within reach, having several quick recipes on hand. A simple cake with condensed milk from among them, and it has several variations. You can choose any based on your taste preferences.
Cakes without baking: quick ideas
There are dozens of options for cakes with condensed milk instead of cream, but the fastest of them are those that do not require baking. Several simple mini-cakes from among them can be prepared half an hour before the arrival of guests and do not rack their brains over what to treat them to.
For example, the recipe for a simple cake with condensed milk from cookies βCrunchβ. These cookies are sold in every supermarket. It is very small, with poppy grains and resembles a zigzag or wave in shape. 300 grams of such cookies for one cake will be just right. Beat a can of ordinary condensed milk and 250 grams of high-quality butter with a mixer and mix with biscuits. Line a wide and deep bowl with polyethylene (cling film) and put a sweet mass of cookies in it, gently press with your hands, forming a flat surface. Cover the top with a film, and before starting the tea party, turn the contents of the bowl onto a dish, remove the film and cut the finished cake into small slices.
Or an original dessert made from corn sticks. It is also quite simple. Mix a jar of boiled condensed milk with 200 grams of butter, pour the cream obtained pour 250 grams of ordinary corn sticks. Put them in a form with a film, squeeze a little. Some sticks will break, crumble - this is normal, because the cake should take the form of cake. Just do not be zealous. It is very easy to prepare pancake cake with condensed milk for guests. A simple recipe, a minimum of ingredients, absolutely no need for time to soak, a dessert in half an hour will be ready - faster than the guests arrive. For a pancake test you will need:
- 4-5 eggs;
- 500 ml of milk;
- 3 tbsp. l Sahara;
- 1 glass of water;
- 2 tbsp. wheat flour;
- Β½ teaspoon of soda + a pinch of citric acid (can be replaced with vinegar);
- 4-5 bananas;
- ΒΌ tsp vanillin.
Also for the cake you will need a can of condensed milk, great if it is boiled or chocolate. If this is not, then use the usual, the taste of the cake will not suffer from this.
Cooking
First, pancake dough is usually prepared: eggs are beaten with Β½ part of milk and sugar, then the sifted flour is mixed in small portions. If by luck, a layer of puff pastry was in the freezer, then you can cook a simple cake with condensed milk according to the recipe described below in just half an hour and pleasantly surprise guests, because the dessert is incredibly tasty. However, do not forget that it is quite high-calorie.
- 500 grams of puff pastry;
- 400 grams of condensed milk;
- 300 grams of butter;
- 1-2 drops of vanilla essence for cream.
Preparing this cake from puff pastry with condensed milk is simple: thaw the dough, roll it into a thin layer (no more than 3 mm) and bake in the oven, after sprinkling it with plenty of cold water. The temperature of the oven is 220 degrees, bake until a slight blush. Cool slightly, cut into two parts and coat the cakes with cream, for which the butter is whipped with condensed milk using a mixer. It takes no more than an hour to cook, and if the dough is thinly rolled, the cake is soaked in cream very quickly.
How to cook a simple cake in the oven?
If you want to bake a cake in the oven by all the rules, then the following simple cake recipe will come to the rescue:
- condensed milk - 1 can or 400 grams;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- butter - 120 grams;
- granulated sugar - 200 grams;
- cream - 400 grams;
- cocoa or grated chocolate - 2 tbsp. l .;
- soda 1/3 tsp (pay off with vinegar or lemon juice).
Such a simple cake with condensed milk in a pan is often baked, using it as a form. If you strictly follow the recipe, you get a nice cake.
Cooking process step by step
Sometimes this cake is called βDay - Nightβ because of its appearance: two cakes - light and dark - are combined in one form for baking. To prepare the dough, you need to mix the butter melted in a steam bath with condensed milk and eggs, lightly beat the mass and add a little flour with slaked soda. Knead thoroughly, split into two halves, adding cocoa to one. You should get two types of dough, similar to thick sour cream. Grease the pan with oil, pour a light layer of dough into it on the left, and a dark layer on the right. You do not need to mix them with a spoon - during the heat treatment they will be connected by a seam, forming a single round biscuit.
