Sweet rolls are a dish for all occasions. Cooking them quickly, but they taste very pleasant, and most importantly - varied. No matter how demanding a person is, there will always be sweet roll for him. The recipe for almost any roll, with rare exceptions, which will be discussed later, begins with a description of the preparation of biscuit cake.
How to make sweet roll? In general terms, everything is simple: choose a filling, prepare a biscuit cake, distribute the filling over the cake and roll it into a roll. According to this principle, anyone can come up with their own recipes, the main thing is to consider which products combine well and which do not.
Fruit roll sweet. The recipe for this roll is simple and straightforward.
First, beat 3 eggs with a glass of sugar for the dough. Gradually add a glass of flour to this mixture. Now it is poured onto a greased baking sheet with margarine and put in the oven for 10 minutes. While the cake is baking, the apple and banana are finely rubbed, the resulting mashed potatoes are mixed with cranberry berries. The resulting mixture is laid out on a cooled cake, and roll up the roll.
Roll with curd filling.
A more original recipe than the previous one, and the roll is more tender. For a biscuit test, you will need to separate the proteins from the yolks of five eggs. Then whisk the whites into the foam with a mixer. Gradually, a glass of sugar is introduced into the protein foam, and then the yolks.
In a separate bowl, 2 tablespoons of starch, 2 tablespoons of cocoa and 3 tablespoons of flour are mixed. The dry mixture is poured over to beaten eggs with sugar and mixed. The finished dough is poured onto a greased baking sheet and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
For the filling, mix the yolk with a tablespoon of sugar and pour this mixture into 250 g of mashed cottage cheese. When the cake is ready and cools down, spread the filling on it, level it and roll it into a roll. To slightly vary the taste of this roll, you can add pieces of dried apricots or fruits to the filling.

For the test you need 4 eggs. They are divided into yolks and squirrels. They are whipped with sugar separately from each other. The total amount of sugar required for the test is 150 g. This amount is divided evenly between the yolks and the proteins. Then both mixtures are combined, 150 g of flour and slaked soda are added to them. Cake is baked as usual: at least 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
When the cake is ready, it must be twisted and left to cool. After the finished cake has cooled down, it is expanded, a layer of whipped cream is laid on it, whole berries of cherry are laid on top of them, and another layer of cream is placed on top. Then roll the roll.
Chocolate roll sweet. Recipe for Chocolate Lovers
3 eggs and 100 g of sugar are mixed and whipped with a mixer. 65 g of sifted flour and 15 g of cocoa powder are added. All is mixed and poured onto a greased baking sheet. Cake is baked in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes in a hot oven.
After the cake has cooled down, it is poured with melted milk chocolate, thick sour cream is spread on top and sprinkled with fresh berries, for example, raspberries. Then roll roll and decorate with icing sugar.

Curd roll. Cheese and biscuit roll recipe
250 g of curd cheese are whipped with a mixer with an almost full glass of sugar. 2 tablespoons of wedge syrup and a third of a glass of fat cream are added to this mixture. The mass is again whipped with a mixer.
In a rectangular baking dish, spread two tablespoons of cottage cheese, lay a layer of shortbread biscuits on top, curd again, and so on until the form is filled. The roll form is placed in the refrigerator for the night.
Sweet roll of pita bread. Truly original sweet roll recipe
200 g of cottage cheese is mixed with an egg and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Then they unfold thin pita bread, say it with vegetable oil, and in some places spread butter in small pieces, sliced ββin small pieces. Lay the curd mass on top and roll the roll.
