To bake bread in the oven, you need half a kilogram of wheat flour, dried yeast (half a bag), half a teaspoon of sugar and salt, one and a half glasses of water, a raw chicken egg and vegetable oil (a tablespoon is enough). First, the dough is prepared. For this, the yeast dissolves in 100 grams of warm water, sugar and salt pour out here. Next, flour is placed in the mixture so that the consistency of the solution resembles sour cream. Opara is left in a warm place for half an hour. A dish is prepared at an average temperature of about half an hour. After the bread is baked, it is covered with a towel, allowed to cool slightly, and then cut and served.
I must say that if the bread in the oven was baked on its own, then it can be eaten for several days with proper storage (in a cool place). And the taste of such pastries will differ for the better from the store counterpart. Top bread can be sprinkled with sesame seeds or poppy seeds, greased with yolk chicken eggs.
The recipe for this dish can be taken as follows. For dough, a glass of flour and 25 grams of live yeast are placed in a glass and a half of warm water. The mixture is mixed and left for an hour. A foamy cap should form on the surface of the dough. A tablespoon of honey is mixed with a glass of warm water. The resulting liquid is poured into a pair. Half a kilogram of flour is put here and the dough is kneaded. Then put a pinch of salt. The dough is placed in a warm place for 2 hours, as a result of which it should increase in size. After that, it is divided into three parts, each of which is given a rectangular, slightly oblong shape.
Such bread is baked in the oven, heated to 250 degrees, about 10 minutes. After that, the temperature decreases to 200, and the dish is left for a short while, until it becomes golden on top.
