Recipe for pike perch baked in a foil with mushrooms and cream
For this recipe you need:
- pike perch carcass weighing about 1 kg;
- packaging (500 ml) cream with a fat content of 22%;
- white pepper, salt;
- champignons (fresh or frozen) weighing about 250 grams.

How is pike perch baked in foil prepared? The first step is to clean the fish, gut it. Cut the prepared carcass into portions. Salt each of the pieces, sprinkle with white pepper on the outside and inside. Use baking ovenware. In it you need to put the fish and pour the cream to half. Cover with foil and put in the oven for 10 minutes. Wash and chop the mushrooms while the zander is cooked. Take out the fish, put the mushrooms on top of it, add a little salt and fill with the remaining cream. Cover the mold again with foil. Put in the oven for 10 minutes. If you want pike perch with a golden brown crust, you need to hold it in the oven for another 10 minutes, but without the foil.
Pike perch baked in a foil with vegetables
You can cook this dish with at hand:
- zander fillet - several pieces weighing about 800 grams;
- onion head;
- boiled potatoes or rice;
- tomatoes - several medium fruits;
- lemon;
- a bunch of dill and parsley;
- a piece of cheese weighing about 150 grams;
- mayonnaise.

Baked pike perch in foil is a hearty and simple dish. Initially, you need to cut the fillet into pieces. Salt them, sprinkle with pepper. You can lightly sprinkle with vinegar. Cut the greens smaller, sprinkle the pike perch, put slices of lemon on the pulp. Now leave the fish to marinate. The time is about 2 hours. In the meantime, prepare the rest of the ingredients for the dish. Peel and chop the onion. Fry it in oil until translucent. Tear off a piece of foil. Put boiled potatoes cut into circles on it, or make a “pillow” of rice (choose any ingredient; you will get a very tasty dish with both the first and second). Put a fried onion in a thin layer on the potatoes, on top - a piece of zander with lemon. Cut the tomatoes into circles and place two or three of them on the fish. Lubricate with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Wrap the fish in foil. Make sure that there are no holes, otherwise the juice will leak out. Repeat the same procedure for the next piece. Place the whole fish on a baking sheet. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Then pull out, unfold the foil and reinsert it, but for 5 minutes already for browning. Baked pike perch in a foil with vegetables is a tasty and satisfying dish. Serve it hot, sprinkled with a little greens. To prevent the fish from cooling quickly, do not remove it from the foil.
Whole pike perch in foil
Simply and quickly you can bake whole pike perch. To do this, take a carcass of fish, salt, a little pepper, lemon juice and foil. Prepare the pike perch for baking: gut, cut the fins and clean the scales. Rub the carcass with salt, sprinkle with pepper and pour lemon juice over it. Wrap the pike perch in foil and put in the oven for half an hour. After the specified time, the fish will be ready. If desired, this recipe can be supplemented with vegetables.
