To make a salad with red beans, you need to take 200 grams of beans, the same amount of pickled mushrooms, 50 milliliters of mayonnaise, one onion and spices to taste. We spread the beans in the salad bowl, after draining the water. Add mushrooms and fried onions to it. Spices sprinkled to taste. Salad with red beans seasoned with your favorite mayonnaise. The following recipe also requires a minimum of ingredients. Pre-boil chicken breast (150-200 grams). Cut it into thin strips. We spread the first layer in the salad bowl, using only half of the product for this. For this salad, you need to prepare a special dressing. Mix 50 milliliters of any mayonnaise with chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Lubricate the chicken layer with this dressing. Next, spread half of the red canned beans (in total about 200 grams is needed). We also lubricate it with mayonnaise. Then three grater 100 grams of cheese. Sprinkle half the salad. Next, the layers are repeated in the same sequence. Top salad with red beans and chicken can be decorated with grated yolk and chopped herbs.
A more original taste is obtained if you use smoked chicken meat. Cut and spread in a salad bowl. Add canned beans. For the salad, you will also need rye crackers. They are put last. Then the red bean salad is seasoned with mayonnaise. This dish is recommended to be served immediately until the crackers absorb the mayonnaise and become soft.
