Linden tea - a cure for all diseases

Linden tea is a very delicate, aromatic, tasty and healthy drink. Even people who have never tried it know the magical sweetish aroma that comes from the flowering linden tree in the summer. Linden blossom is a valuable honey plant. For one average family, only 0.7 - 1 kg of fresh flowers per year is enough. But in fact, itโ€™s not so easy to collect the whole kilogram of amm of lime color yourself - it is very light. You will have to work hard for this. Or buy it at the pharmacy.

Fragrant infusion of yellow-white fluffy inflorescences of linden tree called linden tea and for many centuries helps with various colds. A strong infusion of these inflorescences has quite strong healing properties, which is why it is quite widely used in folk medicine. Fragrant infusion of linden flowers has a good diaphoretic effect - for this reason it is used as an effective antipyretic. Due to its excellent bactericidal action, linden tea is used to rinse the mouth with stomatitis and tonsillitis; as an expectorant for pneumonia and bronchitis; as a diuretic, for edema. But this is not all the medicinal properties of a lime drink. They drink it in case of neurosis, and also in order to simply relieve nervous tension, to thin the blood and actively saturate it with oxygen, to enhance bile formation and secretion of gastric juice.

A replacement for traditional tea can easily become linden tea during pregnancy. The fact is that linden inflorescences contain vitamin C, flavonoids and saponins, which have a beneficial effect on the overall strengthening of immunity. For expectant mothers with a mild cold, it is better to drink a cup of linden hot infusion with honey than to possibly expose the baby to any danger by using unsafe medications. Also with young children: if the baby wet his legs or froze when walking, it is better to make him linden tea. Its benefits are obvious, in addition, a tasty and aromatic healing drink will surely appeal to the little peanut.

To prepare high-quality linden tea, dry linden flowers should be poured with boiling water - about 1 tbsp. a spoonful of color in a cup of boiling water. After this infusion has cooled, honey should be added to taste - and the cure for all diseases in the world is ready! This finished drink is golden yellow in color, very aromatic and tastes good. It has practically no contraindications. The main warning is that you should not drink it regularly for a long time. Strengthening and stimulating the immune system, linden tea additionally loads the heart muscles. Therefore, you can in no case be replaced with infusion of linden every tea intake. It is better to drink such tea a couple of times a day during periods of exacerbation of diseases or during colds. In this case, the state of the body will definitely improve.

Dry raw materials are best stored in paper bags, which is why linden is sold in paper containers - small boxes. Keep linden color away from hot sunlight.

Cooking

Dry flowers are placed in a ceramic or earthenware teapot with fairly thick walls, filled with hot (up to 90-95 C) water. Tightly cover and wrap with a towel or put in a warm place for 17-20 minutes. You can drink such tea by itself, with sugar or honey, or you can even add this infusion to your usual black tea.

If it suddenly happened that the brewed linden tea was not drunk on time, do not immediately pour it. You can freeze the infusion, and then wipe the neckline and face with such linden ice - the skin becomes velvety from this, the inflammation goes away, and small wrinkles are smoothed out. It is not in vain that linden is considered to be the tree of the Slavic goddess of beauty and love!
