Necessary products for the test:

  • fresh butter - 200 grams;
  • granulated sugar - 75 grams or one third of a faceted glass ;
  • vanilla sugar - one small bag;
  • common salt - one small pinch;
  • chicken eggs - six large pieces;
  • wheat flour - 300 grams or two incomplete glasses;
  • baking powder for dough - two dessert spoons;
  • cream 30% - 200 milliliters;
  • sunflower oil - to lubricate the form;
  • mineral water with gas - a small amount.

Electric Waffle Dough: Kneading Process

To make such a dessert lush and soft, it is extremely important to knead the dough as described below. Thus, you need to take two hundred grams of melted butter and beat it thoroughly, gradually adding 75 grams of sugar, a little salt and a bag of vanillin. After that, you need to break six large chicken eggs into a separate bowl and mix them with a whisk until a thick foam forms. Then both resulting mixtures must be combined, adding to them a fatty 30% cream.

Next, you need to mix wheat flour and baking powder separately, and then pour them into the cooked mass. Thus, an almost liquid dough (like pancakes) should turn out. If it turned out to be too steep, then it is recommended to add a small amount of mineral water with gas to it.

Dessert heat treatment:

Before laying the dough on the base of the kitchen appliance, make sure that it is warmed to maximum temperature. Then, using a culinary brush, it is necessary to grease both surfaces of the electric waffle iron liberally. After that, you can start cooking sweet waffles. To do this, take one and a half tablespoons of the base and carefully lay it on the surface of the kitchen device. Next, the device needs to be closed and held for some time in this position until the dessert is browned on both sides.

To get the finished hot dessert from the kitchen appliance, use a fork. Gently place it on a cutting board and wait until it cools slightly. After that, it is recommended to lay the wafers beautifully on a flat dessert plate, and sprinkle with powdered sugar, sweet cocoa powder on top, decorate with berries, fruits or jam.
