Tasty recipes of the "Kremlin" salad

Kremlin salad impresses with its beauty and solemnity. The taste is not similar to traditional holiday snacks. It turns out to be very soft and aromatic, as well as heterogeneous in structure. A Kremlin salad is prepared using various ingredients. It can be meat, fish, fruit, potato, eggplant, apple or seafood. The main examples of recipes are presented in our article.

Kremlin salad with beef

It is a fairly tasty puff appetizer, the recipe for which is very simple. Bright appearance and ease of preparation will not leave indifferent any of the household or guests who have come.

For cooking, you need such products:

  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • beets - 1 pc.;
  • beef meat - 300 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 tooth.

The preparation of the Kremlin salad must begin with boiling the ingredients: carrots, beets, meat and eggs. Garlic should be grated or passed through a press, adding mayonnaise and salt, thus obtaining a delicious dressing.

Then the vegetables must be peeled and cut into small cubes. Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes or grind with a coarse grater. Cut the meat into small pieces.

Now it’s worth starting the decoration of the appetizer:

  • the first layer should be laid chopped carrots, which must be greased with mayonnaise;
  • the second layer is chopped beets, greased with mayonnaise;
  • the next layer consists of beef, which should be generously greased with mayonnaise;
  • the top is the egg layer, smeared with sour cream.

The only recommendation that needs to be noted is the thickness of the layers to be laid out. If they are not thick, after the grated egg, the above layers can be repeated in turn again. To let the salad soak, it is recommended to leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours before use.

Kremlin salad with salmon and cabbage is the most delicious version of this appetizer. To prepare such a salad, you must use the uncomplicated recipe presented below.

For cooking, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Peking cabbage - 350 g;
  • salmon - 150 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • rice - 65 g;
  • caviar - 40 g.

First you need to boil and cut the eggs. Cabbage should be finely chopped, boiled rice, chopped salmon into thin slices.

At the bottom of the salad bowl, put chopped cabbage, then boiled rice and eggs. After that, a neat layer of chopped salmon is laid out and smeared with a copious layer of mayonnaise. At this stage, you can re-lay the cooked ingredients. The top of the appetizer, if desired, is decorated with a scattering of red caviar.

  • shrimp - 350 g;
  • crab sticks - 200 g;
  • red caviar - 100 g;
