  7. Then put the carrots in the multicooker bowl. Stir everything and fry for another 5 minutes.
  8. While the meat and vegetables are fried, get rice. Sort out the cereal, remove all the garbage and dark rice from it. Rinse the rice in cold water.
  9. Turn off the multicooker and open the appliance lid. Shuffle the contents of the multicooker bowl again, add rice. Do not mix!
  10. Carefully line the rice with a wooden spatula or spoon.

  • long grain rice - 250 grams;
  • carrots - 2 pieces;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • garlic - whole;
  • salt - 10 grams;
  • bay leaf - 2 pieces;
  • sunflower oil - 50 ml;
  • meat broth - 220 ml (glass);
  • seasoning for pilaf - 10 grams;
  • salt - 12 grams.

The process of cooking pilaf with pork ribs

  1. Rinse the pork ribs well. Pour water into a small pot and put it there. Cook the ribs 20 minutes after boiling. Remove the product from the water and place on a dish. Do not pour the broth.
  2. Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl and set the mode to “Frying”. Wait 4-5 minutes, the oil should warm up.
