And also: baking soda on the tip of a knife. Some housewives introduce spices: a little cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ginger. But this, as they say, is optional - experiment yourself already, and we give a basic version.
Cooking with ease
- We make the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth, so that we have a mass that looks like a cream.
- Add a little milk (so that it does not turn out to be too liquid), soda. Beat the blender once more.
- We transfer the cheese mass into a small saucepan, add pre-softened butter, put the container in a water bath
- Cook for fifteen minutes over low heat (stir constantly), until the curd is melted. It should turn out to be completely homogeneous, without grains, similar in appearance to condensed milk.
- Remove from the stove and add chocolate to the mixture (previously rubbing it on a grater), then we introduce sugar, constantly stirring until all the ingredients are completely dissolved.
- Pour into portioned containers, allow to cool to room temperature and set aside in closed form for six hours to the bottom of the refrigerator - let it solidify as it should.
- Homemade Chocolate Cheese is ready to eat. You can spread it on toasts, you can use it as an independent dessert and eat directly from a jar / container with a spoon (as kids like to do). Recipe with brandy (for adults)
The output is a great adult dessert: not sugary, very delicate, slightly sweet, with subtle aromas of spices, cognac, chocolate. We need to take: 300 grams of cottage cheese, one chicken egg, half a packet of butter. You will also need: salt and soda - on the tip of a knife, a good spoon of cocoa powder, a small bag of vanilla sugar, a bit of cinnamon, a teaspoon of good brandy or brandy. And you can start cooking.
We just cook
- Add salt and soda to the curd, mix thoroughly.
- Then we introduce a raw egg and oil softened in advance, thoroughly mixing.
- We put the curd mass on a small fire, heating to a complete gradual melting of the curd (be sure to stir occasionally).
- Introduce cocoa with vanilla sugar, spices, pour cognac.
- Do not boil, but quickly mix until smooth.
- Remove from the stove and cover the container with a lid until it cools.
