How delicious it is - pancakes without eggs!

Have you ever tried to cook pancakes without eggs? If not, take a chance - you will not regret it. Especially relevant is the recipe for such pancakes on fasting days, when you need to limit the use of animal products.

To make pancakes without eggs and milk, you need to take only a tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of salt, one and a half liters of water, flour, a third of a teaspoon of dried yeast and two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

So, let's get started. Pour salt, yeast and sugar into the heated water and mix. Sprinkle flour into this mixture little by little, constantly stirring to make the dough uniform. If you like to use modern electric assistants, this procedure can be carried out using a mixer (at low speeds). After whipping, your dough should resemble liquid sour cream. At the very end of mixing, add the oil (but not all, leave it a little for frying). After thoroughly whipping the batter, you can start baking lean pancakes. The pan, previously greased with vegetable oil, is heated on a fire and we pour the first pancake on it. Let it spread over the pan and fry on both sides until a rosy shade is obtained. And so we fry all the pancakes without eggs until the dough ends, folding them on a plate up the hill. You can serve them on a fasting day with jam or honey, and on a short day - smearing each pancake with butter.

Even if you do not adhere to strict rules for observing church holidays, you may also need to prepare dishes such as pancakes without eggs. If you or any member of the family is allergic to eggs and products from them, and you need to diversify your diet, do not refuse such a beloved treat as pancakes. Without eggs, you can also cook them. To do this, you just need to stock up on fast-acting yeast (five grams), a glass of flour (two hundred and fifty grams), two glasses of warm water, sunflower oil (2 tablespoons), sugar (four teaspoons), salt (half a teaspoon).

And now we take up the preparation of vegetarian pancakes. In a deep container, the flour is mixed with sugar, poured into a glass of warm water and set aside for thirty minutes for the sticky dough to become. In another bowl, mix a teaspoon of flour with instant yeast and pour into a glass of warm water. As soon as bubbles appear over the dough, indicating that it is ready, pour the dough into the rest of the dough and mix well. The dough in a semi-prepared state is placed in a warm place until bubbles appear on its surface. As soon as you see them, it's time to add sunflower oil and salt and mix. According to this recipe, egg-free pancakes turn out to be quite dense, so if you want to bake thinner pancakes, dilute the dough with half a glass of water. You can bake pancakes in a pan without first lubricating it with oil, as it is part of the dough. To such pancakes, it is good to serve sour cream, caviar, butter, jam, salted or smoked fish.

In the previous two recipes, we cooked pancakes without eggs and milk. And now for your attention a recipe in which milk is used as an ingredient, but eggs are still not needed. We take one hundred grams of butter, half a liter of warm milk, one hundred and fifty grams of flour, sugar, two tablespoons of tablespoon and salt (to taste). On a small fire, melt the butter, pour it into a container. Pour flour, salt, sugar to it and mix thoroughly. The dough should become homogeneous, yellowish and without lumps. It’s best to bake such egg-free pancakes in non-stick pans. Throw a small piece of butter on a preheated pan and, when it floats, pour the dough into a frying pan with a large measured spoon. Fry a pancake until a golden color appears on both sides of it. Having had enough, you can spend on cooking such pancakes only 15-20 minutes, not more. Fast, tasty, inexpensive!
