If the hostess knows how to cook forest mushrooms, this does not mean that she will make a delicious dish out of these. So we came to the fact that most people, buying oyster mushrooms, do not know how to cook them. The fact is that this type of mushroom does not need to be cleaned, they only need to be washed. They also have excellent heat treatment. Therefore, before you get oyster mushrooms, how to cook them, find out in advance.

Pickled oyster mushrooms - how to cook this delicious dish?

The technology is as follows:

  • Rinse mushrooms and put on a towel to drain water.
  • Trim the lower part of the leg with mycelium (the legs of this mushroom themselves are suitable for food, just like the upper fan part).
  • Cut if necessary. If you want to marinate a whole oyster mushroom, you need to separate the mushrooms from each other.
  • Collect water in a pot and put on fire. After boiling, salt, sugar, spices, spices, acid or vinegar are added. And only after 3-5 minutes have passed, throw mushrooms there. 10-20 minutes are enough for cooking. The time depends on the size of the pieces. Turn off the heat and pour the marinade along with the mushrooms into banks, close the lid. After cooling, refrigerate.

Oyster mushroom preservation

Repeat all the same actions as for pickling, only at the end pour the boiling marinade with mushrooms into jars and lids, do not cork, but roll up. In that case, if you need oyster mushroom for salads, then you can do without acid or vinegar during preservation. Remove them from the marinade, and increase the amount of salt added. To prepare the unsalted version, you will have to sterilize before rolling.

Frying

We prepare oyster mushroom in the same way as described above. This mushroom has one peculiarity: after you throw it on a hot pan, a very large amount of water will be released. Therefore, you need to fry it in small portions.

Quenching

Everything is the same as when frying, only toss at once a large amount of mushroom and simmer in the released liquid over a small fire. 5 minutes before cooking, add chopped onions and sour cream. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs to taste.

Baking in the oven
