It’s not difficult to cook a delicious mannica on kefir. Based on proven recipes, you can bake homemade dessert, which many will like. The most porous and airy cake is obtained on kefir, so this recipe is better to take as a basis.

Cocoa powder

First you need to pour semolina into a bowl and add kefir to it. Stir and set aside for at least one hour to swell the cereal. After about forty-five minutes, turn on the oven and begin to knead the dough. Pour sugar into the dishes with high walls, add all the chicken eggs and beat them well with a blender. Melt the butter completely in a water bath and pour in a thin stream into the swollen semolina. This process should be accompanied by constant mixing.

After the butter to the semolina, send the eggs beaten with sugar and mix again. Sift the wheat flour twice, and the second time with soda. Then pour the flour into a bowl with mixed ingredients and add a bag of vanillin. Stir the dough until all the lumps are dispersed.   • Baking powder - 20 grams.
  • Eggs - 7 pieces.
  • Sugar - 1 cup without a slide.

  • Butter - 25 grams.
